You're Cute Come Kiss Me ~ H.S. Fanfiction

Nia's POV

I woke up this morning with a headache and a cold. I rolled over to my side and groaned.

"Elle," I yelled, but not to loudly since Darcy was still asleep. "Yeah," she yelled back. "I'm sick and I don't know why! Can you watch Darcy," I said. She shuffled into my room and leaned by the doorway. "Can I stay in your room," I asked. "Yeah," she nodded while yawning. She sat on the edge of my bed as I stood up, grabbed some tissues and my phone and headed to Elle's room.

I collapsed onto the bed, my feet dangling over. I grabbed my phone and texted, Marielle, the secretary of the office to tell her I wasn't going to work today.

I threw my phone down on Elle's bedside table. Then I stood up again to take some medicine.

I flipped through the cabinets and looked for the cold medicine. I took a spoon and poured some down when the doorbell rang. I gulped down the syrup - putting on a sour face - then walking towards the door. I opened to see Harry.

That's right. I forgot to text him.

"Hi," I tried saying with a smile. "Nia, you aren't dressed yet. Are you okay," Harry asked, worried. "No, actually. I came down with a cold - I don't know how, but you should still probably stay away from me," I said, walking into the living room with Harry following behind.

"No, if you're sick then I have to take care of you," he said. "How sick are you?" "I don't know. I just feel dizzy a bit," I replied. "Then lay down," Harry said, walking into our kitchen. I slowly made my way to our couch, sitting up slightly, resting my back on the armrest.

He came back with a wet towel. He pushed my back gently and sat down beside me before laying the towel on my forehead. He stroked my hair while starring deeply into my eyes. He moved his head closer to mine until our heads were just tiny inches apart. Our heads suddenley snapped towards my door as Elle and Darcy came out.

"Harry! What are you doing here," she exclaimed. "Elle, how are you? I was here to pick up the girls," Harry replied, walking over to Darcy and carrying her.

"Harry, you should get to work," I said. "Nah, I'll just call that I'll be absent for work," he said, sitting Darcy in her high chair and walking back over to me.

"We'll stay in your room so that I don't pass it onto you," I said to Elle before standing up. Harry followed me inside when Elle said, "just behave in there, mkay." "Elle," I laughed, closing the door on her.

I laid in the bed while Harry sat next to me. "Elle has a dirty mind," he laughed. "Tell me about it," I laughed. He fixed the towel and ran his fingers down my face and onto my shoulder.

He played with the strap of my tank top. "Harry," I whispered. "Mmm," he mumbled in a question-tone. He took the bra strap that was falling out and tucked it under the strap of my tank top. "How are you feeling," he asked. "I'm feeling great," I giggled. Harry laughed before suddenley smashing his lips into mine.

I wrapped my hands around his neck, causing him to roll over beside me, never once breaking the kiss. "Thanks for staying here with me," I smiled as we pulled apart. He wrapped his hands around my waist and pulled me close, my back facing his chest. "Pleasure's all mine," he smirked as he buried his head in my shoulder.
