A Teenage Dirtbag
Reality Check, Please.
Cecelia:
"Welcome to reality Louis." Harry stated and slid into the other side of the both by me. Everyone grew, well at our booth, and I nibbled the inside of my cheek looking from Harry to Louis in utter confusion. Louis let out a huff of breath and glares at Harry before his eyes melted to a soft bright blue.
I looked at Harry and tilted my head. He shrugged his shoulders and slid me my orders. "Wait, I'm confused. Louis said you're dead." I pointed at Harry. "But obviously you're not." I saw his throat motion in a way that showed me he'd just gulped.
Louis grabbed my hand under the table, and, surprisingly, Harry grabbed my other one. Neither of them seem to notice that the other grabbed my other hand. "I'll explain, okay, Cecelia?" Harry asked and I nodded my head slowly at him. "Please, don't freak out or anything like that." Once again I nodded.
Louis tensed beside me and I squeezed both their hands reassuringly. "Okay.. well. They told me Louis and the other boys were dead.." I slipped my thumb onto Harry's pulse, it hadn't quickened, so he wasn't lying. But I kept my thumb there. Harry didn't seem to notice. "I believed them and left the hospital, I got my stuff from Lou and I's flat and left London for a while. When I came back for school.. I saw Louis.. he had tons of tattoos and looked like the bad guy of the school. I thought he was dead, so I called an ol friend to do some investigating."
Harry paused his words and him and Louis shared a glance before he focused back on me again. "She gave me the info I needed. Liam, Niall, and Zayn all did die. Louis and I hadn't. But.. the doctors were bribed to tell Lou and I that the other had died. Someone planned it.. but I didn't know who. Neither did she. The only person who ever found out was Lindley.." He let out a sigh. "I made her promise not to tell Louis - "
"WHY?!" Louis yelled, causing other customers and some workers to stare at us. I rubbed Louis' palm with my thumb and he seemed to calm down slightly.
"Let me finish Louis." Harry stated simply and his grip on my hand tightened as if he was getting angry. I gripped his hand back tightly in a reassuring meaning and he gave me a weak smile, which I knew was fake. "I made her promise not to tell Louis until I knew he was behind it. Because whoever it was, and is, wanted us to think the other was dead for a reason. I wanted to find out why." He stopped there and took his bottom lip between his teeth.
I let out a gruff sigh before taking a sip of my drink. "Did you find who did it?" My voice was slightly shaky. Who's wouldn't be? I'm involved in this shit and I could be a potention target now. Since, as some people in the movies say (I wasn't sure if they said it in real life but I am), I knew too much about this.
I looked back at Harry and he shook his head slowly. "No.. but I have my suspicions." He brought his extra hand up and tugged his curls lightly before rubbing the back of his neck. "And now I've probably got you and Louis in danger...." He mumbled that part and my eyes widened. Lets just say, I did a spit take.
"What?" My voice slightly boomed over the light jazz music in the Starbucks that was playing.
But before Harry got a chance to answer me, Louis spoke up. "You're moving back in Harry." He said sternly and they entered a world of there own which insisted of them staring at each other. "Fine.." Harry grumbled and I leaned back in my seat. Only to be yanked forward by the Louis' hand that was holding mine. "So are you." He stated simply reaching over me and grabbing my bag of donuts eating one of them.
I gave him a strange look and raised an eyebrow at him. "Says who?" I asked. He motioned to himself and Harry. I looked at Harry. "You agree with him?"
Harry rubbed the back of his neck again and nodded slightly. "Yeah but - "
He was cut off by a girl with long curled brunette hair and dark brown eyes with a little too much noticeable make up jumping into Louis' lap and playing with some of his hair. He immediately let go of my hand and wrapped them around her waist as they began snogging. I moved closer to Harry and leaned on his side since they were snogging like drunk people and it was just plain ew.
"Meg, Harry, Harry, Meg." Louis introduced them as him and 'Meg' pulled away from their snog fest. "Mag, Cecelia, Cecelia, Meg." Meg gave me a dirty look and smushed her ass into Louis' crotch. I rolled my eyes.
"And why in hell is this bitch here?" She asked in a really high squeaky voice. It annoyed me so much and I'd just met her.
I opened my mouth to speak, but Harry beat me to it. "Because, she's my girlfriend." Uh, what, since when?! REALITY CHECK, PLEASE! Louis' face fell for a second before he hid it with a roll of his eyes. "Been dating for two or three weeks now, right?" He looked down at me and I nodded smiling slightly. I could see confusion in Louis' eyes and hatred in Megs.
Harry looked back up and smiled at Meg and Louis. "Oh that's great.." Louis mumbled and Meg pressed her lips to his again, but he shoved her away slightly. "Well, see you two at the flat." Louis stated and took his phone from his pocket. "Number, Harry?" Harry quickly jotted down his number on a piece of paper along with a small note that said;
Dude, you can do much better than that skank Meg and b.t.w. she gives my girlfriend one more dirty look and she's dead meat.. P.S. DO NOT GIVE HER MY NUMBER. EVER! Oh and I'll be sharing a room with Cece
I chuckled at the note, even the girlfriend part. Louis took it, read it over keeping it away from Meg's face, looked up from it, and nodded his head before him and Meg began to leave. I turned to Harry. "Thank.." I mumbled.
He shrugged his shoulders. "No problem, love." Love, that made me think of all the times Louis called me love. I sighed and grabbed my coffee, since Louis and Meg, the skank, had ran off with my donuts. Meg was the one who grabbed them and took them, but whatever. I could easily get more thanks to my 'boyfriend. "Oh and.." I looked back up at Harry. "Do you want to go on a proper no-skank-no-interruptions date with me?" He asked and tilted his head like a child.
No, my mind was thinking, Yes. No. Yes. No. "Sure." I blurted even though I should have said no. Harry smiled jumping out of the booth with his coffee in hand and reaching his free hand out to me. "Now?" I asked and tilted my head like he did.
Harry nodded. "Yep. Now." He said while popping the 'p' in yep. I smiled at him and grabbed his hand, he pulled me out of the booth lightly and we both began out way outside.
The nice air hit my skin and illuminated through my body. Harry wrapped one of his muscled, and tattooed arms around me and held me into his chest before he began to walk down the street. Not from where we'd came from but down another way. Honestly I had no idea where we were going and I was growing a little suspicious.
"Close your eyes." Harry whispered in my ear and I obeyed closing them tightly. Harry guided me down the sidewalk and for at last two minutes it felt like we were going down a hill. But in truth, we were just walking down the sidewalk. I hope. We continued our journey for about ten more minutes with my eyes still closed and Harry still guiding me way after way. Until he came to an abrupt stop, causing me to stop beside as his arm was still around my shoulder. "Now open them."
I opened my eyes slowly and my breath hitched. "Wow." Was all I managed to say.
