Chapter 17
Kirsty’s (POV)
I had been walking for almost half an hour and Calum was nowhere in sight, he can’t expect me to forgive him after ditching and lashing out at me. I had my ear phones in blasting all the sad music I had on my phone into my ears, I didn’t notice I had tears streaming down my face. “Kirsty!” Someone shouts my name from behind me, its Luke. I wipe my tears away and take a deep breath “Hey, Luke” he jogs until he is walking next to me, breathing heavily “What’s up? Have you been crying?” He asked looking down at me as I take out my ear phones and turn the music off. “No, no I’m, it’s just Calum” I say breathing out. “He’s probably just stressed at the moment, where is he?” Luke asked trying to comfort me “He went, to the hospital I think, I don’t know. I don’t care” I said under my breath. “Oh, well I’ll walk with you” a small smile came over my face as he put his arm over me as we walked. “I thought you were in the car with Michael and the others?” I asked looking up at him, “I was but there was traffic so I decided to walk, glad I did or else I wouldn’t of bumped into you.” He said shyly. Aww.
Calum’s (POV)
I was mad. Stressed. Confused and worried. I left Ky after she had a go at me a started to walk to the hospital, she wasn’t a baby she could find her own way here. Anyway she will forgive me, she always does. I looked back and she was still just standing in the car park looking at me, should I go back? No, I’m more worried about Phoebe at the moment not her. I look back round in front of me and walk faster.
I had been walking for about an hour and a half. A silver car came speeding up the road behind me and beeped at me, I turned around and it was Michael and the girls. I stopped walking as he pulled to the side and rolled down the window. Kiara was sitting in the passenger seat with Michael driving and Georgia in the back, “Hey, want a lift?” Michael asks. “Yeah sure, where’s Luke?” I say getting into the back seat, “he got out and walked cause we were stuck in traffic, where’s Kirsty?” “Erg sulking” I said. We drove toward the hospital which was about a 10minutes drive; I was looking at Georgia realising how pretty she was. I loved her coloured hair and her dark brown eyes. Just from knowing her last night I could tell she wasn’t a boring person, she was like Kirsty, not afraid to break the rules and have fun.
I looked out the window and thought about Kirsty. I should of probably tried to calm myself down and walk with her, she was only trying to help I guess. But as I hear Georgia’s laugh and see her smile it makes me forget about the guilt of leaving Ky and just makes me want to make her laugh and smile more and just make her happy. “So Georgia” I say “You can call me Geo” “Okay Geo” I say smiling, making her smile “I didn’t get to talk to you much last night, where are you staying?” “Well me and Kiara where staying with our parents but they left last night, so we persuade them to let us stay with Ash and Luke. We are staying for another 2weeks” so she was right next door for another 2 weeks? I could take the time to get to know her. “Well, I’m just next door so come round whenever” I said leaning into her; she gave me a devilish grin. “Alright” She said biting her lip. “Em Calum!” Michael said sternly looking at me in the review mirror. “Forget about Kirsty?” He says, I lean back and breathe out heavily.
Luke’s (POV)
Kirsty and I had been walking together and I’ve really gotten to know her. She such a nice and beautiful girl however she’s with Calum so it’s not like I can really have feeling for her, yet. She told me all about Calum and how she doesn’t really think the same way about him and all that shit, I just agreed with her and tried to sound comforting. We talked about Phoebe and Ashton, he told me he had asked her out on Wednesday and she said yes. He was excited but now, probably not quite too sure. “I told her she needed a boyfriend” “Yeah well it seems like they like each other, she just needs to break up with Michael or something” I said “Wait what? Michael and Phoebe aren’t going out, she has been avoiding going out with him for years” she said stopping and looking at me “What made you think they were going out?” She asked “Well it’s just Ashton thought there was something going on with them and I sore them go into a bedroom just before we all sat down for truth and dare and I mean you don’t go into bedrooms at party’s to just talk now do you? ” I said laughing at my own joke, but Ky didn’t laugh, she looked worried?
She turned around not facing me. “Well it’s just, I know Phoebe and there’s no way in a million years she would you know have sex with him, well unless Michael made her but he wouldn’t do that would he?!” She said pacing back and forth, “She would of told me right!” She said holding her head, I was just confused. I grabbed her and pulled her into a hug, she breathed heavily into me “Just, I don’t know talk to him or to Phoebe when we get to the hospital.” We continued to walk to the hospital, I tried to change the subject to something a bit happier and something we could look forwards to. “Hey what about when Phoebe gets out of hospital we could all have a bomb fire on the lake?” “Yeah that sounds fun but what if she doesn’t get out?” She said worryingly, “She will, promise you.”
Georgia’s (POV)
When I had heard about Calum and Kirsty’s fight it made me a bit happy cause since I had laid eyes on Calum at the party I thought he was hot… But I liked Kirsty; she was so nice and fun! I didn’t want to get in between them to, but doesn’t mean I can’t have a bit of a flit without her knowing. I could tell Calum was trying to forget about everything that had happened today and last night, he was talking to me. I wouldn’t let him cheat on Kirsty but that wasn’t stopping me letting him flirt with me that was Michaels job…
We arrived at the hospital and Calum ran in strait away. We signed in and everything then went up to find Phoebes room, I don’t think Kirsty and Luke were here yet. We finally found her room and walked in, it was much worse than we all expected. Ashton was already there holding her hand but as soon as we walked in he stood up and greeted us, he told us about what had happened and what the doctor had said. Calum just looked at her, no emotion on his face, he didn’t talk, or even move, just looked at her. A tear soon appeared on his cheek and rolled down it, he whipped it away quickly like he didn’t want anyone to see. The doctor said only one person could be in at a time, so we all had out time to give her a little speech. First up was Calum the rest of us waited in the waiting room, nervously.

Calum’s (POV)

Luke’s (POV)

Georgia’s (POV)
