No Control

Back to reality, back to work. With Liam though, reality is pretty special. As I’m organizing the guys wardrobes, that little voice pops up telling me it’s too good to be true. I push it back down. I only want to think positively about Liam and I. I’m lost in my thoughts when I hear something across the room. I look up to see Liam standing in the doorway watching me. I smile and approach him.
“What are you doing, handsome?”
He smiles and takes my hands in his. “When I walked in you looked so beautiful I was mesmerized. All I could do was stand there and admire your beauty.”
“Sweet. You know you don’t have to keep saying all these amazing things to me, you’re going to get laid regardless.” I tease him.
Liam bursts out laughing. I join him. He wraps me in a big hug. “That's why I love you Liz. One moment you have me blown away by your kindness and your beauty, the next you have me laughing, and the next you have me crying out in pleasure.” His mouth is on mine and I wrap my arms around his neck. I’m tugging gently at his tongue when we are interrupted by Caroline.
“Oh no you two, I don’t want buttons all over my floor again.” She says with a grin.
Liam smiles. “Don’t worry Caroline, I’ve learned to check first, you know, to see if they are buttons or snaps.” I laugh remembering the moment.
“I almost forgot.” Liam says as he hands me a small box.
“What’s this?” I ask. “One more birthday gift.” Liam grins.
I open the box to find a delicate gold bracelet with a charm of cinderella’s glass slipper.
“Liam it’s so pretty. Thank you.” He takes it from me and puts it on my right wrist. “You’re welcome love. Everytime you look at it I want you to remember our time at the castle.” Liam says sweetly.
“I will, always.” I tell him honestly.
“I’m off to work out now babe. I’ll see you later.” Liam says before kissing me. “I love you beautiful.”
“I love you too Liam.”
I work for a bit longer, then I go outside for some fresh air. Liam is working out outside with Mark. I stand and watch him. Honestly is there any time he isn’t hot as hell?
Caroline walks up beside me. She sees that I’m watching Liam and she laughs. “I remember the last time I caught you looking at him like this. You wouldn’t even admit you had feelings for him then, and now look at you two. So in love.”
I smile at her. I look down at the bracelet, then over at the gorgeous ring on my left hand. I hold the entwined L’s of my necklace between my fingers as I ask Caroline. “Whenever you’re really happy, do you get that scary feeling that something could happen to make you lose it all?”
“Sure, we all do. It’s normal.” She pauses. “Liz, you must know how much Liam loves you,”
“Oh no I do Caroline, and I know how much I love him. I just get scared of losing everything we have. Silly I know.” I tell her.
“It’s not silly, like I said it’s normal. If you ever have any doubts though, you remember the tears rolling down Liam’s face when you left for Paris. That lad loves you beyond measure sweetie.” Caroline says.
I hug her. “Thank you my friend.”
I push that worrisome feeling back down as I see Liam head inside to shower.
“Hmmm…..”
I walk over to where the showers are. It’s a football stadium so the showers are all open. I sneak in and look around. It doesn’t look like anyone else is around. I find Liam and quietly walk up behind him. “Need some help?”
He spins around with a grin. “As a matter of fact I do have something you could help me with.”
Liam grabs me, not even giving me time to undress, pulling me under the stream of water with him. I look him up and down, he looks so good wet. Definitely no water shrinkage here.
His tongue is quick to find mine as he removes my wet clothes. I briefly wonder what I’m going to wear after, and we obviously both know that anyone could walk in on us. The passion and want takes over and all we care about is becoming one. Liam brings me to the edge and over yet again. We both try to be quiet as the pleasure explodes. I know after I should be rushing to get out, but Liam gently washes my body and my hair and I can’t imagine being anywhere else.
