No Control

I walk into the meeting and immediately see Liam across the room. He smiles and points to the empty seat beside him. I hesitate for a second but then think everyone knows we are friends, it wouldn’t be unusual for me to sit next to him.
As I approach him, Liam stands up and pulls the chair out for me. I thank him and sit down, Liam pushes the chair in under the table. I wonder why he’s pushed me in so far under the table, but then the meeting starts so I forget it. The meeting is just some information for everyone about the tour. I try to pay attention but my mind keeps wandering to last night with Liam. Then I feel his hand on my thigh. So that’s why he pushed me so far under the table. He leaves his hand there for a moment, before moving it up under my dress. I let out an audible gasp as his fingers touch me. People turn to look at me and I quickly cover it with a coughing spell. Liam moves his hand away slowly and innocently asks me if I’m ok. I must be the only one who notices the little smirk on his face. Caroline hands me a bottle of water, I thank her. As I’m taking a sip I think, two can play this game.
I move my hand under the table and place it on Liam’s muscular thigh. His eyebrows raise ever so slightly. I let my hand linger there for a moment before moving it up and as I reach my intended spot, he jumps a little and bites his lip. No one seems to notice, so rather than move my hand away I keep it there to torture him a bit. When the meeting is over I remove my hand and stand up. “Are you coming Liam?” I ask him with a smirk.
He looks up at me and grins. “No, I’m just gonna need to sit here for a minute.”
I laugh and walk to the other side of the room. I notice after a bit that Liam must have recovered and he makes his way across the room to me. He says quietly. “You like to tease me?”
I whisper back with a grin. “You started it.” He laughs and gives me a wink before walking away.
