Love Me Tender, Love Me Sweet

Lyrik's POV:

I look at his eyes threw is glasses. Am I the only on that notices that they are not always the same color everyday. As if his eyes are trying to figure out there own identity while the owner of them knows who he already is. Or maybe is eyes are showing what he feels on the inside. Maybe he doesn't know what he want to be. Maybe his inside are his true conflicted emotion but his outer appearance shows confidence. Maybe he puts on this front because he knows that people will take his indecisiveness as weakness. But from the looks of him I know he is not week. Physically that is his muscles show through his long sleeve sweater just begging to breath. I hear them scream for air. To know longer be counseled for the eyes of the ones worthy to know.

I'm worthy to know

His face when he concentrates show true power of his mind. He thinks through things more than anyone I know. His brain power is beyond compare.I don't understand why people don't find him attractive. Because I find him a fascination human being.


I don't know why I watch him everyday in the cafeteria. I don't know why he has not noticed. I don't know why he has never had a lover. I don't know why I avoid him like the pledges in Egypt. I don't know why I don't know these thing, I want to find out though. I want to be near him, to feel him. To see what he sees. To know what he knows. To love how he loves. To make love. I don't know why but I feel that he is not normal. I feel he is special in a scary and intriguing way. In a way that keeps me from him but pulls me to him.

Today is Monday. I'm sitting at lunch table just looking at the young man. Admiring him. As I always do. HE is the only reason why I come to school. He is reading a new book form last week. Last week he reading To kill a mocking bird. This week it's Edward's Eyes. In this book as boy has a brother named Edward. Everyone loved Edward. Edward had beautiful blue eyes. But one day coming home from going to get something for his little sister on her birthday. Edward was hit by are care. Edwards beautiful Blue eyes were donated to help someone who Is blind.

I read the book this weekend when I found out the he was going to read it. I always read they say books as him. Just so we can stay ever so close. He just started the book and I could tell he couldn't get is eyes, that are the same aquamarine blue today, of the book. He had on leg crossed over the other as he leaned forward to read the book and he ate and apple as well. I look at his lips as he bit the apple and chewed. I watched with Lustful yet wondering eyes that I didn't know that he has looked up and noticed me looking at him. Once when I made I contact. Me smiled and I fell for him even more. I gave him a closed mouth smile looked away. At that moment the bell rang and I quickly got my things together and I ran out and headed to class.

I got in to the class room and sat all the way in the back of the room. The whole class began to pile in. That was when I looked at the door to see, him, the one I watch everyday. I look at him while he scanned the room with his eyes to find a seat. When our eyes meet for a second time today, He smiled at me and made his way to me.

"Hello can I sit here?" He asked.

I gave him a simple nod

"Hi! I'm L-" I cut him off

"I know how you are. Louis"

"And you are that girl that stares at me everyday at lunch" He said with a smile

Shit! He noticed

"Sorry" I said

"No it's cool. Nice to meet you. but It would be nice to know your name." He said and put his hand out for me to shake it.

I shake and almost melt and the feeling of his strong hand giving me a hand shake.

"Lyrik. But with a K and not a C" I told him

"Well that is beautiful. Lyric with a K not a C" He said. And I took that as a flirt. My heart pounded at a mile a minute. That was when the teacher came in. The began he math lessen that made no sense to me what so ever. But with Louis sitting next to me I had to pretend that I did. I copied everything that they teacher did on the board and acted as if I got what he was doing. After the teacher talked about Trig Equations. The rules of SOH CAH TOA. Which is a bunch of bullshit if you ask me. What the Hell does SOH CAH or TOA even mean? How are they connected SIN COS and TAN? How? What is this Opposite over hypotenuse and all this other shit? I don't know. But after the teacher showed us what to do he had us work on our classwork for the rest of the 35 minutes of class.

When I was working I knew Louis knew I was struggling because:

"Here Let me walk you threw it." He said and grabbed my paper

"so SOH. The S stands for Sine= Opposite/Hypotenuse. CAH. The C Stands for cosine= adjacent/Hypotenuse and Lastly TOA. The T stands for Tangent= opposite/adjacent.. Now let me show you how to work the problem" He said and took the calculator and didn't do the problem his self but walked my threw it while I worked it out. I finally could understand something that made no sense to me. Soon after two problems the bell rang and me and Louis gathered our things to go.

"Mrs. Limberro and Mr. Tomlinson. Stop by my desk please" The Teacher said. Louis looked worried. Me, I'm use to being called up to the teacher for my shitty grades.

"Yes sir" Louis said when we walked up to the desk.

"How did you do that?" The teacher asked

"How did I do what sir?"

"How did you get her to understand that so quicly?"

"Well sir. I saw that she is more of a one on one person and so when I saw that she was just not getting the work I helped her." Louis said and I clinged on to his every word

"Well then it is settled then"

"What do you mean by it's setteled?" I asked my teacher

"Louis will tutor you from now one. In anything that you need help in. It starts tomorrow night.
