A New York Dream

When I woke up it was dark outside. For how long did I sleep? I went up and in to the kitchen, I had to eat something. I was starving and my stomach was screaming. I looked in the refrigerator and decided to make chicken noodles.
When the food was ready, I sat down on the couch and started eating. I realized I still didn´t know what time it was so I went tot find my phone. It was way past midnight, almost 2. And then I remembered that Harry wanted me to call him so I finished eating my meal and then dialed his number Not thinking about what time it was over there.

-This is Harry´s phone, Liam speaking. A male voice said.
- Um, Hi. This is Belle, is Harry there? I asked and remembered that it was early morning in England.
- He is in the shower at the moment. Can I take a massage? The male voice asked.
- No, just tell him Belle called.
- Will do, wait. Are you That Belle? From NY that Harry has been talking about? He sounded curious.
- Hehe yes that would be me. I said and then I heard Harry in the background.
- Liam, is that my phone? Who are you talking to mate? He didn´t get an answer.
- This is Harry, who am I speaking to? His raspy voice was music to my ears.
- Well, do you always answer your phone like this or is it just when I´m calling? I laughed.
- Oh Belle! Hi! I didn´t expect you to call this early. Or late for you. Is everything okay? He asked worried.
- I´m fine, I just woke up and can´t fall asleep again. Don´t you worry your pretty little head Mr. Styles.
- I´m so glad you called. Have you thought about you know what? He asked.
- No, haha. I fell asleep I´m sorry. But I will, I promise!
- Oh okay. I´m sorry but I gotta go babe. Duty calls..
- Okay, talk to you later! Bye. I said and we hung up.

I looked at the time again, 2:30 am. What am I going to do now? I can´t go to bed and I can´t go out. I tuned on the TV and to my delight, the movie “We´re the Miller´s” was about to start. So I made some popcorn and snuggled up under a blanket on the couch.
I loved this movie! And so did Harry, which made me think about him, about us.
Should I give us a chance? It could work. But like I told him, I just got out of a relationship. Why was this so hard? I had this gorgeous guy who liked me and I was uncertain. I must be crazy. Harry is the perfect guy. When I sat there and thinking about everything I started to feel nauseous. What is this? I really hope I´m not getting sick. Maybe it was the chicken or the popcorn. I drank water and laid down on the couch and suddenly I was asleep.

I woke up and had to run into the bathroom to throw up. What is this? I washed my face and realized that my black eye was almost gone. Yes! I started the shower before I went back to the couch and turned of the TV.
I got in to the shower and it felt so nice. I started to feel better. I heard the phone call and I jumped out of the shower and ran back to the couch to answer my phone.

-Hello?I didn´t recognize the number.
-Belle? Hi this is Dr. Urich. I just wanted to remind you of your appointment today at 1 pm.
-Oh right, I totally forgot about that. Thank you!
-No problem. Bye.

I had to renew my birth control prescription. I had forgotten all about it after everything that had been going on lately. I looked at the time, 9:30 am. I got back in to the shower and got dressed after I finished. I decided that this was going to be a good day and headed for the door.
