It is Saturday 12:00 am. Time to sneak out of this hellhole I call home. I open my door and listen for if anyone is awake. I hear nothing but quietness. I close my door lightly not wanting to wake anyone up. I walk over to the window with my gigantic backpack on my back and a shoulder bag that held my laptop, phone and charges also my plane ticket and passport. "goodbye horrible life... hello London." I said with a smile as I slipped out of the window. Thank god I lived in a one story house or I wouldn't be able to escape. I lightly fall to the ground. I walk across the grass and walked a couple blocks before hauling a cab. I opened the car door and the cab driver flashed me a welcoming smile and said  "where to?"  "the airport please." I said handing him $20 bucks. It was going to be about a 15 minute ride. "alright miss." he said before driving. The whole ride there was complete silence. As we pulled up in front of the airport I got out and thanked him for the ride. I took a deep breath as I opened the door to the airport. Not many people were there so bag check didn't take long.. Plus both of my things are carry-ons so I don't have to worry about baggage claim. I walked up to the terminal and looked back thinking this will be the last time I will be in Florida. I turned back and smiled thinking how much better it will be in London. I boarded the plane and took my window seat. The person next to me was a girl around my age. Since I'm not the person of all talk I took a out my phone and headphones and plugged them in. I scrolled through my songs then I found one that reminds me how to keep going. 'Carry On.' by Fun. I turned my headphones up almost full blast then closed me eyes. Luce next time you wake up you are going to be in London away from all the horrible people and things from the past.
