Lavender's POV

I can't believe that bastard, he has no soul. He's not human I swear, more like the devil. Hopefully he read the letter from Luke. I skipped the rest of school today because I'm a 'gangster'. Now I'm laying on my white colored comforter on my bed staring at the colorless ceiling. Time to recollect all the events that happened today. First : Meeting Luke Second : The letter and retrieving it Third : Getting abused by the Harry.

Its 4 pm right now the sun is going down soon. Its going to be time again. I got up from my bed to walk over to my stash of blades. The place concealing them is a white drawer with pink roses contouring the shape of the drawer. I take a deep breath in and opened the drawer by the nob. I look upon my special blades to see them in order.

My prize possession is the knife it's the first one in order then my assorted blades, and my pencil sharpeners, and last but not least bundles of staples. I skim my fingertips across the cold metal, trying to decide which one I will use today. I smiled brightly at my knife today I'm going to be using it. The knife is a drug to me like a release that makes me high. I picked up the knife with my hand and settled it down on the drawer so I can prepare. I walked up to my curtains and closed them, I headed to my door and closed it tight. And finally my lights I grabbed the plug out of the outlet now the room is dark. But its light enough to where I can see my blade.

I'm laying on my cold wooden floor, while the darkness is engulfing every inch of my body. The room is dark as the shade of night. The coldness of the floor, relaxing my tense body. My shallow breathing comforting me. The sharp metal blade in my left hand, while my right wrist is dripping with scarlet colored blood. My mind is clear from all my thoughts, I have nothing to worry about. The numbness feels so good. I feel like I'm on cloud 9, no care in the world. No drama, no screaming everything is blank...................

Its been three hours since my release I'm headed downstairs to go for a walk. I see my converse waiting by the front door. I see Mom sitting on the couch staring at the T.V. with nothing on it. I approached her and sat down next to her. "Hi Mama, how are you feeling hopefully better. Well I had a great time at school I have a lot of friends and they invited me for a girls night out. So I'm going to get going, if you need anything you have my number its taped to fridge". I kissed her goodbye.

I take a deep breath in realizing what I just said. I was lying to her I wasn't going out. I have no friends I don't have good school days either. Well anyways who cares I'm going down the block to go to my special path. That's what I like to call it its very soothing there's flowers trees and a little pond. I finally reached my special sitting place near the big oak tree. I've been coming here since I was 12. I nestled against the tree wrapping my arms against my chest. I just sit and ponder what its like to be normal. There's a lot of stars in the night sky, will there ever be a shooting star for me, I hope so.

"I cut because I felt like it was the only way to feel something other than the hurt and confusion and self-hate that was driving me insane. I would cut because I hated myself so much that I wanted to tear myself to pieces.” As I spoke confidently, but I got chocked up by tears.The streams rolling off of my checks landing onto my bandaged wrists.

I hear a weird rustling sound its coming from the bushes. "Come out whoever you are" I say quickly because I'm actually terrified. I looked back at the same direction there was a figure.
