my saving grace

It's the last day of school and frankly I'm tearing up a bit inside how can I not when I have such beautiful friends whom I'll be leaving behind in 2 months I'll be off to college leaving behind my friends my mom my country and my past. Though I'm happy about the last one. You see even my friends don't know about my past except my 2 best friends Tanya and Durva but even they don't know the whole depth of it . As I was wrapped in my own thoughts I didn't notice someone was behind me until I felt a hand on my shoulder it was Tanya " I'm gonna miss you sooo much nadia. Why did you have to leave the country girl? You're so not my friend anymore huh!"she went on without giving me a chance to reply "hold on a minute Tannu firstly I'm gonna miss you too and second you'll always be my fav brother I love you soo damn much " no Tanya isn't a boy she's a girl but one day we were hanging out and came to the conclusion that brothers are hopeless and therefore cannot be trusted so to solve the problem since that day onwards we both are each other's brother. " you are a liar you won't miss me even a bit huh" she replied as you would have guessed by now she wasn't too happy about my move "listen let's just go and meet everyone else we can discuss this later" I asked her " okay" . so that's what we did we said our goodbyes to the people we had known for the last 14 years of our lives you see Tanya and I went to an all girls missionary school. Once I got home I was so tried from all the crying that I went straight to bed.
