Collide
Chapter 3
Lunch had came around and before hand I had made a free more friends and they seemed pretty cool. I made friends with a few upperclassman as well. They greeted me with 'I like your hair.' I just straight up told them that I had dyed it and they giggle. They had told me that they knew I was Andrews sister because we both look alike and honestly I didn't see it.
I had had looked around the cafeteria and then I didn't see anyone. I looked down and then sighed. I then spotted Jay and then walked over to him.
"Hi." I said softly.
"Hey," he said shooting me with a smile.
"I have nowhere to sit." I said softly. He gave me a sad look.
"you can sit with me and a few friends, how's your first day so far?" He said and then sat his books down. And I sat my things next to his.
"I made a few friends actually but I haven't seen them in here yet." I said lookokg around once more.
"It's okay, more people will come around ." He said and walked away from the table and I followed him.
"Do you think that I will be like a popular kid one day? like you or Andrew." I said softly.
"Not popular. We aren't popular we just do what we do." He said and then grabbed a tray and I did too mocking him.
"Oh." Was all I could say. He grabbed the food he wanted and I grabbed what I wanted and then sighed.
we had made our way back to the table and I noticed a lot of more mature people sitting at the table and they looked at Jay and I get back.
"Who is this?" They asked with a blank face.
"Oh yeah, guys this is Andrews little sister. Lie- Um Delilah." Jay stuttered introducing me.
"Nice to meet you, freshman?" Said a girl with black hair, but her eyes stood out and wear a grayish blue.
"Yeah," I said in a small voice and then just ate my apple nervously for a minute I almost forgot how to eat one.
"I'm Victoria. That's Cece, and Travis." She pointed at the people that sat on both sides of her.
"Oh, pleasure to meet you." The Travis guy said. "They call me snake."
"W-why?" I asked.
"You're too young to know." He chuckled. I looked down and gulped.
"Don't scare her." James said defending me. Rubbing his hand on my back. Which comforted me. I looked at him he looked down at me and smiled. I don't know what I would do without him. He is awesome.

once school was over everyone flies out the doors and I am still there gathering my things and then pull out my phone and scroll down to Andrews name and call him.
"Hello?" I asked when I heard him pick up the phone.
"Hey, I'll meet you by your homeroom." He said softly.
"Okay." I said and then picked up all my things and then began walking in the hall past everyone. some people looked at me and I was just walking with my belongings hugging my chest tightly.
"See you later, Delilah." I looked over and noticed a Kylie and Miley say to me in unison. I wave at them and then I found myself at my homeroom.
I notice Andrew standing by the door and Jay next to him. Andrew smile at me. "How was your first day?" I was asked.
"Good, it was so scary." I said excited to go home.
Andrew laughs and began walking. I follow behind then again and then I found myself clenching on the back of Jay's shirt. He looks at me, and gives me a warm smile. Noticing me gripping his shirt and then his hand reaches for mine.
I don't know why I was so happy with the thought of it. Something about the way his hand fit with mine was just so perfect.
I didnt like like him though. He was like my brother.
