Chapter 24
Jays pov
everything in my life was changing. Wow. I lost andrew and Delilah. I was alone, I had no one to talk to no one to listen to me, I sat at home all day, life passing me by, when I seen my mum my eyes brightened.
"Hey." I said trying to start a conversation.
"What's up." She said sitting down on the couch next to me.
"I have nothing to do." I sigh, looking down at my hands that was fiddling together on my lap. "Mum, can I tell you something?"
She looked at me, trying to make eye contact with me, but I didn't want to look at her, I swallowed down all my prode before I gaged it all up.
"What is it?" She questioned.
"I- i." I frown at myself for stuttering. I couldn't make out the words in the right way. "I did s-something, you might be disappointed in me."
"I would never! You graduated, you're off to college in a few months." She said.
"I had a girlfriend, dated her for 8 months we broke up last night." I sigh, closing my eyes, letting it sink in. The word break up was hard to say.
"is she beautiful?" My mum asked, almost in a whisper.
"Very." I said, feeling my heart breaking all over again. "Mum," I said, my voice sounding off. "It was Delilah." I heard her gasp at the name, and a tear slipped from my eye and I quickly wiped it. "That's not it." I said, breathing slowly, trying not to sound like a whimp.
"James, what is it," she said sounding a little nervous. "You didn't knock her up did you?"
"No!" I said, blushing slightly. Then my face went pale again shortly after, my nerves felt like they stopped functioning. "Mum, I love her."
Delilahs pov.
it was sort of fun, you know, just going out with my dad and liam, jasmine kept bugging me though. She had a loud mouth.
"It was fun wasn't it?" My dad spoke when we entered the house. "You seem upset, what's wrong?"
"I'm okay, just a little tired, would you mind if I go to a slumber party with Kylie tonight?"
"Sure. I'll drop you off."
"Thanks." I said hugging him. Then trailing off into my room.
Andrews pov.
I am still upset about the whole situation. She didn't need to do that, he didn't have to do that, I feel like I had been back stabbed, and it hurts, I had to find out myself. Finding them kissing. I was horrifying, my stomach dropped at the sight, shocked.
I never knew that that was going to happen. I never expected them to happen, my best friend in my little sister. Wow. That was all I could say was wow.
