Clara's PoV


I ran inside. Lacelyn was already sitting on the couch with my laptop on the table. She obviously waited for me to come back. When she heard the door she ran to me.
-What took you so long?
-Umm...Maybe the way back here, I answered.
-Whatever, I need your password to log in!
-Okay, slow down. I'll be right there.
I took my coat off and walked to the living room. The page was already opened, of course. She couldn't wait anymore, so I took my laptop and logged in. I took the cursor over the link.
-Are you ready?
She nodded. I opened the link. She closed her eyes. My heart started beating faster. She opened her eyes. She looked at the results for a minute and then she started crying.

I walked up to her door. She was crying.
-Lace?
-Go away please.
-No
I opened her door. She turned to look at me. Her face was red from all that crying.
-I told you not to come...
-I had to know if you were okay, I said and sat on her bed.
-Well, I'm not. So can you please go away now?
-No. I have to now what's wrong.
-You now what's wrong! You were sitting right next to me!
She started crying more.
-I'm so sorry Lace, but this is what the life is like.
-I know, I'm just so sad.
-Come here.
She sat up and snuggled next to me. She yawned.
-You can sleep. It's okay.
She fell asleep next to me. I closed my eyes and hoped this was just a dream.

Aaaw, they didn't get the passes :( But don't be sad yet, there will be something amazing! I don't like this chapter that much, but I promised to write today and i don't have much time now so this is just a quick chapter. I think I'll write more tomorrow, but I'm not gonna promise anything because I'm kinda busy tomorrow but we'll see ;) Stay tuned!
