I hiked up the stairs that went up to house. I grunted every 4 steps. I was cold and hungry. I promised not to bitch or complain. But I'm a 17 year old. What do you want from me?? I finally reached the top and congratulated myself. I opened the door with my keys and say my stuff down on the ground beside the door. I stepped outside again and rung out my my hair and beanie. I walked in again.
"Dad?" My voice echoed through the house. I walked into the kitchen And put my bag on the counter and grabbed a gala apple from the fruit bowl. I ran a hand through my hair before hearing shuffling upstairs. I quiet grabbed my bag again and walked up a flight of steps before standing in front of my steel spiral ones. I carefully climbed up and peered around my room. I set my stuff down and face planted onto my bed. I suddenly felt a body on top of mine. I screamed and rolled over. I sat on top of my attacker and our eyes meet.
"You fucking dumbass." I laughed hugging him.
"Hey." he smiled.
"I missed you!!!" I beamed.
"I missed you too." we talked and something I wasn't expecting flew out of his mouth.
"I'm moving in!" He beamed. We talked forever until we fell asleep.

My eyes shot open as the orange and purple light flooded the room. I shook Jake and woke him up. I stood up and he left to go change. I put on something comfortable and cute. I jogged down stairs and Jake and I interlaced our fingers and walked to school. We stopped by the office to grab some of Jake's school information. He walked me to my locker and let go of my hand.
"I'm gonna go unpack my stuff." He pecked my cheek be walking to his locker. I leaned against mine and checked my messages. I glanced at Jake and saw Sky. Fuck. Jake pointed at me beaming. Fuck. Fuck Fuck. I glanced at him again and Sky and I's eyes met. I blinked.
'Jake's your best friend?'
'yeah...' I rolled my eyes at Sky
