I woke up, by the soft tapping of Madeline's hand.


"Mama! Mama!" She called to me and I slowly opened my eyes.
"Yes, baby?" I asked, a smile instantly hitting her face.

"Liz! I want Lizzie!" She told me and I frowned.
"You wanna see Lizzie?" I asked her.

She nodded.

" Let me see if Lizzie's mommy is home, okay?"

"Okay, mama." She said and I smiled.

I quickly got out my crap phone and called Selena, she was my best friend and technically the only friend that stayed with me when I announced I was pregnant.

I had lost all my friends but her.

"Hey babe." She said on the second ring.

"Hey, so I just woke up and apparently so did Mads, she said she wanted Lizzie." I told her and I swear I imagined Selena nodding.

"Oh okay, Liz just got back from her dads anyways."

"So, it's cool if we go?" I asked.

"Yeah, oh yeah, sure." She said and I smiled.

"Okay, see you later. We're just gonna get ready."

"Okay, bye."

I hung up and Madeline started pulling on my shirt.
"Can we go?" She batted her eyelashes.

I smiled, she had gotten that from Harry.
Whenever he wanted something he would always batt his eyelashes.

I nodded, "Yeah, but we gotta get ready first! We don't wanna show up looking ugly!" I say and she laughs.

"Okay, mommy." She tells me and runs of to our room.
My parents never approved of Harry, and they totally left me when they found out I was pregnant with Harry's baby.

We were a rich family, but they never gave a single cent to me, well that is until they got in a car crash and the only daughter they had was me, so they gave their house, and money to me.

But I never used any of the money, and the house was still the way it was when my parents left that Sunday morning.

I followed Madeline to our bedroom.
I dressed her, in purple shirt, some printed shorts and a purple headband.


Since it was a bit chilly, I dressed myself in some black sheer tights, a black tank top, a white and black printed skirt, a warm white infinity scarf, and a blue sweater.


I grabbed my black flats, and I got some uggs for Madeline.
I grabebd her a winter jacket, and picked her up.

I grabbed my car keys and my small handbag.

I got on our shitty car and drove to Selena's house.

*skip car ride*

I unbuckled myself and opened the door, I made my way towards Madeline's car door and unbuckled her from her seat.

I picked her up and walked towards Selena's front door.

I rang the doorbell a few times, and was instantly greeted by Selena's familiar face.
She was pregnant a year earlier than me, and gave birth to Elizabeth, but we called her Liz or Lizzie for short.

Selena was dressed in a black tank top, some light blue booty shorts, and a sheer white cardiagn with her signature black boots. This was exactly her personality, carless and ruthless.



Meanwhile, Liz was dressed in a pink polka dot dress, yellow flats and a matching pink hat, as well as a yellow North Face jacket.



"Where are we going?" I asked Selena.

" I thought, we'd walk over to the Starbucks on the corner." She told me and I nodded.

"Sounds good to me, I need me a frappe." I say and Selena laughs.
"Maybe, we can stop by the park?" She asks and Madeline and Liz squeal and jump.

There are always those moments where I'm actually better off with Harry..
Besides, he already feel deeply in love with whatshername.

Beats me, I really didn't care..
