27 Tattoos

Right, so I wanted to make this because a lot of people ask me on here, on wattpad and on tumblr: 'Why did you kill off Harry?'. I also got a few 'less than nice' comments about it so I wanted to explain a few things.

The main reason I started '27 Tattoos' was to create a different sort of fan fiction, not the sort where they meet a coffee shop, have sex, she gets pregnant and then they get married. Fair enough, if you like that sort of story, that's fine but '27 Tattoos' wasn't supposed to be like that at all.

I kind of wanted to show what life is really like. Not everyone has an easy ride and they do things they aren't proud of and get caught up in things that can put them in danger. They can also drag other people into their shit, people they care about, and that's kind of where I got the idea from.

You see, in reality, not everyone has a happy ending. People do get caught up in drugs and alcohol, they do things they would never of thought but that's life. And with life comes death.

I'm not saying that '27 Tattoos' is based on true events that happen everyday, I just wanted to put some real life issues into it, to make it more of a twisted fan fiction, one that wasn't predictable.

People fall in love and love dies, maybe it's the emotion that fades or in some cases, it's the people that die. I killed Harry, not just to make the fan fiction different, but to make a point that not everything goes to plan, but you have to make the most of it and be careful because your life is precious. I also wanted to show - with the epilogue - that even if you lose someone important to you, you shouldn't punish yourself.
