- Two months later -

*Amy* ( POV change.. yay!)

Well.. I guess today is the day. Harley has been so annoying lately. Like all she can talk about it how exciting this trip is gonna be and how she can't wait and yada yada yada. Like girl.. chill! I get it.. Harley is super hyped about this and being her best friend.. I'm excited for her too but.. like the girl needs to calm down a bit.

Well anyways, we've already gathered our research and we've selected our team. Today, we are officially setting foot onto our boat.. or rather our home for maybe the next few weeks or maybe more depending on how far we get without complications and such.

As of right now, Harley is running around like a mad woman checking to see if all of our equipment and luggage is ready for departure. "Does everybody have their belongings? Laila get your microscope over her and pack it up? How many times do I have to tell you to wrap it up with bubble wrap.. not some cheap newspaper? Get going! Mark, get the rest of luggage and put it on the boat will you? Sydney.. Hurry up! Gosh is anybody actually understanding the extent of the situation here. WE LEAVE NOW!! Hurry up!"
I'm just simply ignoring her and playing on my phone some stupid game I downloaded yesterday. "Score!" I say out loud as I get to the next level. But before I know it, my phone is snatched of my hand and I look up to find to angry brown eyes staring at me.
"SERIOUSLY?! AMY!! Your a lead too! You out of all people should be busy getting things ready and here you are playing some stupid game. I hope you know we are already five minutes late for departure!" I huff in annoyance and grab my phone back. "Well.. it looked like you had everything in control anyways Miss screamingyourbuttoff ... besides you my dear, need to like breath. Calm down.. this is supposed to be fun and exciting not tiring!" I grab my phone back and get up to help with the luggage. But then Harley grabs my hand making me stop. "Ugh.. I know sorry. It's just.. this is my first time and I want everything to be perfect. I don't wanna come back here as a failure just because something went wrong or we forgot an important piece of equipment that would be necessary for this mission. Forgive me?" She looked at me with her puppy eyes and I know she knows I fall for them every time.

"Gosh darn it Harley. I'm not angry at you or anything. I just want my best friend to calm down and enjoy this! Now let's get going, yeah?" I pull at her hand and we head towards the boat. All of our team members were there waiting for our call. Harley, once again, checks off everything and gives Mr.Boot and thumbs up. Mr.Boot nods with a straight face before shouting out "Good luck!" and he turns around walking back to his car. The boat lurches forward into the sea and we've officially begun our journey.
"This is it." Harley says as she joins me near the front of the boat. "Yah I say."
"Oh god! wait..." she runs to the other end where we've kept our machinery.
I quickly follow her thinking something is wrong. "Omagud.. is everything alright?"I ask in panic. She picks out the oxygen tanks and sighs in relief. "I thought we forgot these." she said.
"OMYGOD!! Wait.. SHIT! WE FORGOT SOMETHING!" I hollered. Sudden panic rose in Harley and she screamed in fear "WHAT?! WHAT IS IT AMY?!" I simply smirk at her and calmly say.. "your sanity."
She slaps her forehead in disbelief before rolling her eyes at me and muttering sarcastically, "haha.. very funny Amy."

I laugh out loud and push her forward. "Alright let's go captain.. before the rest of the team wonder where we are." Harley nods and we meet up with the rest of the team.

This is going to be a long trip and I can't wait to find out what happens... even if it means I have to go through a few weeks of sexual frustration which I'm not good with handling but I'll survive. Besides, there's this cute guy named Mark on our team and I'm thinking we might just go well together. Who knows? This voyage might prove to help me find my right guy.

Little did I know.. just how right I was.

Heyo you eggos! I did something a little different .. thought i'd change the POV. Amy is an interesting character.. she's a lot more bold than Harley.. but she no doubt has a soft spot for her best friend.
I know ya'll are probably like "Where the heck is one direction?" .. hold your horses cuz there comin' ...
