Day 6 still- Sunday

*continuation of convo with Audrey*


"Who did you sleep with?"

I wasn't expecting this at all. Neither Audrey nor I have ever hooked up with anyone. It sounds the least bit like her to hook up with a stranger from a party.

"Ethan"

I gaped at my phone. I was so shocked I actually dropped it. She didn't. She could t have. She was my bestfriend. She knew that I liked Ethan, that he liked me back. She was the one who pushed me to go to that party.

"What's wrong?" I heard Luke come in.
I looked up and saw him standing in the doorway. He yawned and ruffled his messy blonde hair. His eyes peered at me with curiousity.
"Nothing," I recovered quickly, "uh good morning,"

The toaster rung, so I got up and took my toast from it. I brought it to my spot and placed it down before remembering that I had to respond to Audrey. I was kind of mad. Should I say that I'm mad? Should I just shrug it off to avoid fighting? I couldn't decide, so I just stared at the screen of my phone for a couple minutes.

The plate infront of me slid away. I looked up and saw Luke eating the toast I just made.

"Luke," I whined, "that was my breakfast!"
He grinned innocently, "I know, but I was hungry,"
"Well what am I supposed to have for breakfast now?" I huffed.
"I'll make you more toast," he promised, turning and reopening the bread.

I smiled as I watched his work carefully. I liked this Luke. I wasn't even mad that he ate my toast. He was making me new toast afterall. Besides, he didn't sleep with the boy I liked.

I stared at my phone for a while longer. Audrey was my bestfriend. She was drunk too, and it's not like I was dating Ethan. I don't have dibs on him either, he's a human. She has just as much right to him as I do. She stood up for me too when everyone else turned on me. She even went to the principals office. Lord knows her parents can be crazy about that too.

A plate slid back infront of me. I looked up and saw Luke grinning down at me happily. The sun hit his lipring, making it shine a bit.

"Can I eat this breakfast or are you still hungry?" I rose an eyebrow.
He laughed a little, "you can eat this one,"
I looked down at the plate. He even put Nutella on it. Dang it, he knows me.
"Awww you put Nutella on it too," I teased.

He blushed, "well that's what you always have before school,"
"I love it," I told him, "thanks,"

He grinned wider. His cheeks were still burning. It was so cute.
That was my answer. Luke. I no longer felt angry at Audrey any longer. She can have Ethan. I don't like him anymore. I was beginning to like the 6' guitar playing dork who just made me breakfast. Ethan wouldn't do that.

"You did? Nice"

I didn't really know how to make it sound less awkward than it did. I just hoped that she'd understand that I wasn't mad.

"I'm so sorry! I was drunk and I don't even like him. I don't know why it even happened and I regret it a lot. Please don't be mad..."

"Relax Audrey, I'm not. :) I pinky swear"

"Oh thank god, I was so scared!"

I looked up and saw Luke leaning against the island on his phone. His blonde hair was flopped down over his eyes. It tickled his nose, so he scrunched it up. He tried to wipe it away but it went back to its previous position. I smiled. I really hope that he proves that I can trust him.

I like Luke Hemmings.

Hi guys. I rly tired :(
midterms man, they just burn me out ya know? I almost got a B on my chem, but luckily it was actually an A, so I didn't get in trouble. I've had robotics all weekend too so I haven't been able to be on much. I try to update, but I don't think it will be as often as before, maybe like every 2 or 3 days. Pls don't ask when I am, because I honestly don't know, it's just been a crazy last two weeks.

ppl are over now, so I have to go
