Everything changes

Kissing her makes my heart raise, I don’t wanna let her go. “Where do you sleep?” I ask her when we break apart. “I don’t know, Harry just bought me a ticket.” “Come on then, you sleep in my house. And if you think it’s weird to sleep in the same house, I’ll sleep by my parents. It’s in the same street.” I see her thinking. “No, you can just sleep in your own house, silly.” I give her a smile and lean in to kiss her again.

I park the car on the lane before my house and open the door of the house for her. “Just go inside, I’ll get the stuff.” I grab our bags and bring them upstairs to my room. I can always bring them to the other room. When I come downstairs I smell toast and I walk towards the kitchen. I find Khloe standing with her back to me staring out of the window. “You look good in my kitchen.” I say when I take a seat on one of the high chairs in front of my table.

“Don’t get used to it, I’m not a kitchen princess, I’ll warn you.” I chuckle and walk towards her. “I found some bread on the counter, and I figure that you would be hungry after the flight. So I made some toast. Maybe a weird question, but why is your refrigerator all full with food when you’re always in London?” “Erm.. I don’t know?” I walk towards the refrigerator and take a look inside. He’s all full with my favourite food, my mum must have done the grocery’s for me. “I guess my mum did it.” I say with a blush on my face.

When I hear a ring, it must mean that the toast is ready and Khloe is making our food ready. “I’ll take the last bag upstairs, is that okay by you?” I grab her waist and give her a kiss on the cheek. “Yes, of course.” She gives me a little smile while she continues making breakfast.

When I enter the kitchen again I see that all the food is on the table and she made it really cosy around the table. “I hope you like it.” And she gives me a shy smile. “This looks great, I’m sure it would taste amazing. Thank you.” I take a seat on one of the high chairs and dig in.

After we finish our breakfast I hear my phone ring. I grab the phone, who’s laying next to me, and see the happy face of my brother appear on the screen. “Yooo bro, Wazzup?” “fine fine, coming over at mums? Wanna see you little one.” “Yeah sure, see you soon.” I hang up the phone and look at Khloe, who’s texting someone. That would probably Kylie on how everything went.

“Khlo, my brother asked if we were going to my mum today, do you wanna join me?” She looks a bit scared before she answers shyly. “Erm, I don’t know. What if they don’t like me?” She looks down at her hands. “Ofcourse they like you, they must because I like you.” I give her a cheeky smile, and she chuckles. I stand up and walk around the table to were Khloe is sitting. I grab her chin with my hands and force her to look at me. “Trust me, they like you.” I say before giving her a kiss.

I open the front door and our dog is already barking at me. My mum comes to the hallway and gives me a big hug, like she hasn’t seen me in a thousand years. I give her a big hug back, and I really missed her, I even missed my brother and my brother and I always hated each other when we were little. I’m really glad our relationship got stronger.

I totally forgot about Khloe who was standing behind me with a shy smile on her face, and her sight on her shoes. “Mum, this is Khloe.”

“Hello dear, are you joining us for dinner? We have enough. I always make enough food for the whole neighbourhood, you have to if you have a son as Niall.” And my mum starts laughing. I look at Khloe and she looks a little bit relaxer than five seconds ago. I really hope Khloe like my family. It would mean the world if Khloe could get along with my family.

We spend the whole afternoon at my parents’ house, and they really like Khloe. I really enjoyed myself tonight and when we walk on the driveway I stop Khloe to kiss her on the cheek. “I really enjoyed myself with your family Niall. Thank you for taking me with you.” “No problem, I’m glad you enjoyed yourself. I had fun too!”

We walk upstairs to the bedroom and I see Khloe doubting the situation. “Well I just grab a blanket and sleep on the couch. I’ll see you in the morning.” “No Niall, this is your house so I sleep on the couch.”

“Khloe, no I sleep on the couch.” She looks at me with a cheeky smile. “Don’t even think about it. This is not a discussion.” Before I can say something, she already left the bedroom and is heading downstairs with a pillow and a blanket. I walk just behind her and grab her by her waist and lift her up the stairs. I throw her up the bed and give her a little kiss on the cheek. “Goodnight Beautiful” I walk towards the door.

“Niall, wait. You can sleep next to me. The bed is big enough. So it shouldn’t be a problem.” “If you are fine with it. I also want to sleep on the couch I don’t care babe.” “No, I want you to stay. I take place next to her under the blanket and she immediately curls up next to me. I put my arm around her and trail off in a deep sleep.
