Rose POV
I woke up with the worst headache. ‘’Niall?’’ I yelled out, my voice was hoarse from the drinking, I really needed to drink some water. I sat up looking around trying to see where he had gone. Of course he had left, and the only thing that was here was the memory of him.
I could still smell him on my skin, I needed to shower right now. I felt ashamed, I didn’t regret a thing but I regret being so easy to get because now he was gone.
He actually made me happy yesterday, just by being there, I quickly jumped in the shower as I switched the water to cold, it always helped me when I had a hangover. ‘’This is nice.’’ I mumbled, as the cold water hit my face, and hits me back to reality.
‘’Where’s my phone? I need to text Emily.’’ I mumbled to myself again, I had this bad habit of talking with myself when I was alone which I was most of the time anyway.
I turned off the water, and got out. I dried my hair, and got dressed.
I wasn’t going anywhere special so I just jumped in some comfy pants and a huge shirt as I was getting ready I saw a yellow note on my desk. ‘’The fuck?’’ I took it up and read it. ‘Rose, thanks for yesterday. I stole your number. Hope it’s OK. Xoxo Niall. ‘
I couldn’t help but smile when I realized he probably wouldn’t call or text me. I crumbled the note together and threw it in the trash bin as I slowly walked out to the kitchen, I took a bottle of water and quickly slurped half of it town. I felt better, and my throat felt better but still not great. I sighed, drinking really wasn’t my thing was it? I noticed my phone laying on the desk, it wasn’t dead yet, well makes sense I didn’t really use it yesterday.
I had gotten one new text from a number I didn’t know, I sat down on the couch opening it.
It read ‘Morning xx’ I shrugged, who was it? I quickly typed back.
‘’Morning to you too, who are you?’’ I hesitated as I pressed send, it didn’t take long before the person replied, when I read it my heart jumped.
‘Niall, sorry forgot to tell. Also sorry for leaving. Hope u are ok. Xxx’’ He had texted me, I felt really stupid for doubting him but I had already learned never to trust boys.
‘Don’t worry about, I didn’t know you actually would contact me again ... xx’’ I replied, being completely honest. I crashed down on the couch, burying my head completely in the pillows. What mess had I gone myself into?
My phone buzzed in my hand, I looked up sleepyish.
‘I’m sorry, I was just in a hurry. I enjoy your company. You are different. Come meet at the studio later? Xx’ I kept reading the text over and over again trying to make sense of what he wanted with me.
‘’K. xx’’ I replied, as I saved the address he had sent me, I guess I was going somewhere today.
Niall POV
We were in the car on our way to the studio, I had texted Rose telling her to come meet me. Harry had encourage me to do so. I sighed as I stepped out of the car and followed the other boys into the studio before crashing down on the couch.
‘’So some small birdies been singing that Niall got a crush!’’ Louis sang teasingly while Harry continued ‘’on the girl he shagged yesterday!’’ I rolled his eyes at his friends.
‘’It’s not like that, she’s different.’’ I replied looking at Liam for support. ‘’That’s great, Niall. We all look forward to meet this mystery lady.’’ Liam said patting his friend on the back.
Zayn made a noise who could sound like agreement with what Liam had said.
‘’Harry, you do know you shagged her friend and that’s probably going to be awkward.’’ Niall laughed looking at Harry that pouted. ‘’No fair, I didn’t notice the other girl.’’
‘’Perrie is coming later today!’’ Zayn exclaimed, his face lit up when he talked about her, showing the text to the other guys who smiled at him.
Louis buried his face in his hands. ‘’Boohoo I miss Eleanor!’’ before laughing a bit. ‘’She’s so busy with all her studies.’’ Liam looked up at Louis ‘’you’re busy too, you just tend to forget that.’’ Louis grinned. ‘’Whatever.’’
I looked at my phone, she could be here any minute unless she had ditched me, and my face fell as I kept looking at my phone. ‘’Cheer up mate, your bringing us all down.’’ Harry laughed before jumping on me causing me to drop my phone.
When a light knock on the door interrupted our silly games, Harry jumped down from me and we all looked excited.
‘’Come in babe.’’ Harry yelled, as the door knob turned and Rose came walking in, she looked a little shocked by us all staring at her before she finally said.
‘’Uh hi?’’ She looked very uncomfortable and I felt bad for making her come here today, Harry pointed at a chair in front of me and smiled. ‘’Sit there love, then you can look in Niall’s eyes.’’ Harry said teasingly, her brow rose a little but she did what she was told to and sat down. I studied her, the way she played with her hair, awkwardly looking around the room. She looked really sleepy, but still adorable. ''Niall told us so much about you!'' Harry said winking causing her to blush.
I stood up and walked over to her and gave her a hug. ‘’Hi.’’ I mumbled in her ear causing her to shiver, I could feel her small arms wrap awkwardly around me, she touched me like she was being careful to not get burned. ‘’Hi.’’ She stuttered finally, I didn’t want to let her go I just wanted to hold her like this forever. She smelled so nice, her scent was enchanting when Louis yelled. ‘’Get a room.’’ And I awkwardly let her go, making my way over to the table where there was some snacks, I started to eat watching my friends grinning. I liked showing her off.
She stood up and bruised her black short skirt before making her way over to Zayn, she stretched her hand out and Zayn took it. ‘’Nice to meet you.’’ She said with a little more confident, Zayn nodded flashing her one of his dazing smiles. ‘’You too.’’ She smiled slightly as she made her over to Liam and once again stretched her hand out to meet his. ‘’ Pleasure to meet you.’’ She grinned, having confident in herself finally, Liam smiled ‘’the pleasure is mine.’’ She made her way over to Louis and was about to stretch her hand out when he jumped up and hugged her. ‘’Hi, welcome to the family!’’ He yelled, she didn’t hug him back she stood there frozen before a chuckle escaped her lips. ‘’Me and Niall isn’t dating, but it’s a pleasure to meet you.’’ She replied, ducking out of his grip, her words annoyed me a bit but I shook it off. After all she was telling the truth.
She made her way over to harry as she stretched her hand out, he took it and kissed her knuckles ‘’the pleasure is mine.’’ He said winking, before she had opened her mouth, she took two steps back looking a bit uncomfortable again as I broke the silence.
‘’Want to go out and get some fresh air?’’ I asked, she nodded looking relieved that I just had saved her. I opened the door for her and followed her out.
