-YOUR POV-

I was making breakfast for Niall who had to leave soon to the studio to finish recording some songs, he won't be home till around 9 pm you ended up making an omelet with bacon and some coffee while he ate you went to get your 2 year old daughter Marie.


You walked downstairs with her all cuddled up on you, her head in you neck, Niall had finished eating he walked up to you and kissed Marie on the forehead, then he was off to brush his teeth.

couple minutes later he came back, you were sitting on the couch, breast feeding her, Niall walked up to you and kissed your forehead then he left.

Niall has been distant for about 3 months now , it made you sad because you didn't know what you had done to push him away.

for the next hours you gave Marie a bath, then you played with her and now she was taking a nap on the couch, about 8 pm you made dinner for yourself.

An hour later Niall was on his way home.

-Niall's POV-
When I came in I didn't see Rachel in the living room or the lights on like it usually is when I come home, I walked upstairs and I stopped at Marie's room and checked on her, she was peacefully sleeping I kissed her head and walked out closing the door behind me walking towards mine and Rachel's room

I quietly opened the door, and I saw pure darkness except for the lamp on her and my side, I heard soft sniffing, I took my shirt, shoes and pants off leaving me in my brief's I walked towards the bed, I slowly laid on the bed bringing the covers over me, I then heard more sniffing I tried pulling Racher in to my chest but she just moved away.

"Rachel babe, what's wrong?" I asked trying to hug her again

"Get away from me" she said

"What did I do now" I asked confused

I hugged her this time she pushed me away once again and got out of bed

I sighed

"Rachel babe please tell me what did I do?" I asked

" What didn't you do" she said now crying changing her pj's to normal clothing

I walked up to her and stopped her from pulling her boots on

I brought my finger under her chin making her look at me I looked deeply into her eyes but she just looked away

"Baby ...please...tell..me...what's wrong" I said

"Niall you've been so fucking distant this past months is it something I did wrong? she questions me

"what? no you haven't done anything wrong" I said now feeling guilty

"Then what is it, you don't even kiss me like you used to all you do is kiss my forehead and leave to work then come back eat dinner , and go back to sleep is the same every fucking day for fucks sake niall"

"I've just been busy, I wake up early then go to fucking work its my job" I said now angry, I saw her flinch and my sudden outburst I walked closer to her and she just flinched again like if she thought I was gonna hurt her


"I'm sorry" I said

"I'm not going to hurt you baby, never" I say she


"You don't even have time for your own daughter, i don't even think she remembers that she has a dad " she says now breaking down

"please don't cry baby" I say hugging her "I promise to be here for my girls, I just been very busy I'm sorry" I say

she then hugs me and buries her face in the crook of my neck "I miss you Nialler, she missed you too"

"I miss you" she whispered

It made my heart ache

"I'm so sorry baby" I said

"please don't let that happen again Niall babe"

"I won't let it happen again baby I promise" I say pulling away and looking into her eyes

and kissing her on the lips deeply



we both pull away after running out of breath

"I love you baby" I say

"I love you too nialler" she says smiling

"there it is" i whisper

"what?" whispers back smiling brightly

"The smile I love " I say winking making her blush

"Lets get to bed" I say


she looks at me and smiles biting her lip, making me go crazy she then kisses me and bites my lip I let a slight moan escape she then pulls away and pulls me towards the bed.

we both get in bed and now she cuddles close to me, I don't hold her I just stare at her, she then looks hurt, oh shit no no no

"nononono baby come here I was just admiring how gorgeous you are" I say giving her that cute smile of mine that she can't resist .


"I LOVE YOU RACHEL HORAN" I say making her blush

"I LOVE YOU TOO NIALL HORAN " she says kissing me and cuddling closer to me if that was even possible, I just held her tightly.

with that we both feel to a peaceful sleep.
