Those Blue Eyes

I groaned and turned the channel. All I saw was One Direction. I didn't mind them it's just I don't like one member. Niall. He left when I needed him most. He never called never texted nothing. I jumped when my phone buzzed.

From Rider:
Hey there's a party going on tonight your coming pick you up in 10

I sighed Rider had always be a bit controlling.

To Rider:
Sorry Rider no I'm not feeling well

From Rider:
Oh it's just a cold get ready and wear something nice;)

To Rider:
No Rider I'm sorry I don't feel good

He didn't answer and I knew he was pissed. I laid down finding a show on tv and let my eyes get heavy. Before I could fall asleep someone banged on the door. When I opened it a fuming Rider stood there.
He pushed me hard and I stumbled falling onto the floor.

"You are going to that damn party Abby" he growled. I got and glared at him. "I can do what I want to do" I said quietly but kept a cold glare on him.
He slapped me. "Fine bitch didn't want you to come anyway" he spat turning and slamming the door.

I sighed. Tears threatened my eyes but I knew I didn't cry. I never have since my father died.
I turned the tv off and knew my mom wasn't coming home. Ever since my mom got her new boyfriend she wouldn't get home till late or she sometimes wouldn't even get home.

Luckily I was taking a break from school so I could focus on a job. Witch I definitely needed to keep this house up and running.

--The next morning--

I woke up and I wasn't ready to go to work. I went into the bathroom and I looked like shit. I sighed. I didn't feel like taking a shower so I just but my hair into a braid and put on make up.

I looked into my moms room and saw her passed out. I did feel bad for her she became a new person since dad died. "Mom?" I said. She groaned. "I'm off to work there's eggs and bread to make toast okay?" I whispered bending down to her level. "Mm thanks" she said. I kissed her head and walked out and walked to work.

When I got to work Josh my other waiter at the diner was here. He was gay but man was fun to work with! "Abby!" He said side hugging me. "Go serve that table with 5 delicious hot boys" he whispered. "Josh!" I whispered yelled. He chuckled and I grabbed my apron, book, and pen and went to the table.

"Hi I'm Abby I'll be your waitress how may I help you" I looked up and instantly locked eyes with Niall. "Coke" Lou said. "Pepsi" Zayn said. "Water" Harry said. "Coke" Niall said quietly. "Water please" Liam said. "Alright I'll be back with your drinks" I said trying my best not to look at Niall.

When I went into the kitchen I went up to Josh. "That's One direction!" I said. He eyes got wide, "My babies are here?!" He shouted causing everyone to look. I covered his mouth and told everyone sorry.
"Way to go" I whispered to him. "I can't serve them" I said, keeping my voice low.

"Why they to hot for you?" He asked. I rolled my eyes. "Niall" I muttered. "Oh shit right" he said tapping his foot thinking. "Well sorry girl but I can't help I got three tables" he said. I groaned and stomped my foot pouting. "Fine" I said walking off. I could here Josh laughing behind me.

When I went back I made sure to make no contact with Niall. "Okay are y'all ready to order?" I asked. I could tell Niall was trying to figure me out.

"Uh mam?" Niall asked when I walked away. Shit. I turned back around. "Yes?" I asked. "Your name tag says Abby would you by chance be Abby Gardner?" He asked. All the guys gave weird stares.
"Um yes I am ill go get your food" I said walking away fast.
