Alexis's POV




I woke up to my mom shaking my body.

" Alexis, it's time to wake up. It's your first day as a senior!" She said.My eyes flung wide open.

" Ugh, mum it's not that important!" I uncovered my bare legs and walked over to my closet

"Yea it is! Your last year of school before college!" She smiled. I slowly turned to look at her and slowing nodded

" Yeah." I was unsure how to feel about today. I mean school was fun, but it was defiantly not the best years of my life. I got bullied a lot through high school. Just glad that it can finally be over. My thinking was interrupted by my mothers soft voice

" Once you are finished dressing yourself I have pancakes waiting for you in the kitchen." She smiled and joyfully walked out of my room. Once she left I quickly shut my door and started getting ready.

I removed the braid that I left in my hair over night and softly dragged my comb through my blonde hair. I jumped out of my chair and threw on some white t strap sandals and bounced down the stairs.

" There you are, I was wondering if you'd ever make it." My mom said as I opened the fridge, scavenging it for some milk. I eventually found it and grasped the carton. I grabbed a cup out of the cupboard and poured my milk into the glass. I quickly gulped it and headed to the door to grab my bag.

" Bye mom. Wish me luck." I said, slinging my bag over my shoulder and heading out the door.

" Oh honey you'll do fine." She said. I shut the door and walked to my car parked in the drive way. I brought it to life and pulled away, speeding to school so i wasn't tardy or late on my first day. I was actually kinda excited. My first and last day of high school. I pulled into the school parking lot. I found a parking spot and unplugged my keys and opened the door. Instantly my best friend Emily ran up to me.

"Hi!" She squealed. I see she added another tattoo to her collection, but she looked fantastic with tattoos. I slowly opened the door to the school and walked in. I attempted finding my locker. It would probably be hard, considering there are a lot of kids in my grade. Eventually I found my locker. I grasped the lock and put my combination in. I looked to the locker sitting next to mine. A extremely hot guy looked at me and smiled. He must be a new kid because I haven't seen him before. He had brown hair with blue eyes and was wearing a red flannel and some dark wash jeans. Hot!

"Hi, I'm new here." Totally guessed that right, " My name is Mark." He smiled at me.

"I'm Alexis." I smiled back. Damn he was hot.

"I actually would love to talk, but I need to go to the office." He shut his locker and moved closer to me. "Maybe we could exchange numbers and meet up sometime." He smiled grabbing his phone out of his jean pocket. SCORE! I latched onto his phone and typed my number in.

"See you around." Did that seriously just happen!?!? He was totally hot.

" Hey Lex!" I looked to my right to see my Emily standing there.

"Hi Em!" I slammed my locker shut.

" What do you have first hour?" She asked. I studied my paper to look for my first hour class.

" English." I said. She squealed.

" Oh thank goodness, so do I. Now hurry up so we won't be late." I nodded as i fastly walked to her side

" Let's go!" I smiled at her as she joyfully walked. She seemed extremely happy to be here. I mean yeah I'm excited, but I'd rather be sleeping.

" Yay! I can't believe we're already Seniors Lex, it feels like just yesterday we were taking our first steps into this school." We walked into the classroom that said English.

" I know. It's quite scary actually. Here, let's sit back there." I pointed to the back row. She nodded and we quickly sat down before our good seats could be taken. The bell rang and everyone took their seat. We waited a couple of moments until a guy with very curly hair walked into the classroom.

" Hello class. I'm Mr. Styles.

" Hi Mr. Styles." The whole class said in unison. He sat on the edge of his desk and looked around the class room. When his eyes scimmed over me, I could see how green they were from here. He was actually quite beautiful. Perfect jawline and eyes. The way his hair stood up.

" Alright class, since it's the first day were going to go around and introduce your selfs and say something about yourself so everyone can get to know each other! Starting in the back. Which one of you would like to go?" He pointed to the back row. Emily stood up immediately.

" Hello, Im Emily Taye. I love getting tattoos! " She smiled and cheerfully sat in her seat

" Okay then. Thanks for volunteering Emily." He said in his husky british accent. She eyed me to go once she sat down. I sighed and stood up.

" I'm Alexis Horan. " I said. I sat down. I heard some boys whistled. The boys in my grade seriously act like there life revolves around sex. They always have a different girl.

" Hello Alexis" He smiled, not showing his teeth. I only waved. Then the rest of the class took their turn introducing themselfs.

" Everyone Grab a book off the counter and write your name in it. This English book is yours to keep for the whole year." He said. Everyone stood up and shuffled to the books. I grabbed one and doodled 'Alexis Cloud' in a fancy Font. While everyone was doing that my phone in my pocket buzzed. I looked around to make sure no one was watching as I pulled it out and read the text. It was from Em.

To Alexis:
* Oh my gosh I can't handle his load of hotness. *
I laughed loudly. Shit..

" Alexis, it is?" He asked. I nodded, my palms soon started getting clammy and my face turned red. He stood up from his desk. Fuck. What if he takes my phone and reads the messages. About him.

"Is there something you would like to share with the class?" He asked. By now everyone was turned around and all eyes were on me. I looked down and fastly locked my IPhone. I looked up to see him slowly walking up to me. We made eye contact. His eyes were mesmerizing. They were the perfect green color.

" That's what I thought," he sighed, "Pick it up at the end of class." I nodded as I set my phone in his warm hand. He clutched it and walked up to his desk, setting it down. I looked at Emily and she looked like a cherry she was so red. I saw her mouth 'Im So Sorry'. I nodded and mouthed 'It's okay' back. She then looked at her book and I looked at mine.

It felt like forever, but finally the bell rang and everyone rushed out of class to get to their next one. I walked up to Mr. Style's desk. He looked up from his papers.

" Mrs. Horan, your lucky I took it for only the class period, and not the whole day." He said picking it up. I clutched my folder tighter.

" I-I know. Thank you. I'm so sorry it won't happen again." I reassured. He handed me the phone and our hands touched as I took my phone from him. I pulled away instantly. I stood there after that awkward moment and rushed to the door but paused when he spoke up.

" I am looking foward to seeing you tomorrow, Alexis." He said. I didn't look back.

" You too Mr. Styles." I then rushed out of the empty classroom and hurried to my locker. I scavenged my book bag to find my schedule. Emily ran up towards me

" I'm so sorry!" She yelled over the other kids screaming and laughing.

"It's fine. Don't worry about it." I smiled. She ran to my front and hugged me. I hugged her back.

"SO!? Mr. Styles?" She grinned as we stopped at my locker and she leaned up against the locker next to mine.

"What about him?" I looked through my locker try to find my Math book because I had that class next.

"What should his nickname be? Mchottie? Mcdreamy?" I laughed.

"We are still doing the nickname thing?" She giggled.

"Of course! Which one" I slammed my locker and turned to face her.

" I don't know." I smiled looking at the crowd if Seniors.

"Mcdreamy it is." I laughed. She wraps her arm around my and skips down the hall.
