Unexpected
Chapter Two - Welcome Home
(Anna's POV)
"YOU WHAT!?" I can't believe this, I know Ben didn't realize what he was doing... but still "Anna whats wrong? why are you upset? I thought you'd be happy" I have to tell him now we need to get the hell out of here "I left, I didn't go missing. Ben these are the criminals that got off today in London, thats why I was so upset" his eyes go wide "Anna, what are you talking about these are the guys?" "Liam Payne is my brother, I was dating-" A knock on the door inturupts me "I'll be right back baby" "No Ben don't answer the door" I run and grab the back of his shirt "Anna your being ridiculous!" he brushes my hand away "please!" of coarse he doesn't listen to me and opens the door.
My worst nightmare came true. The demon that haunts my dreams almost every night is standing right in front of me. Right on my porch. Harry Styles. "ANNA!" Liam screams and runs inside grabbing me and forcing me to hug him "We missed you" he whispers in my ear, instantly sending chills up my spine. He pulls away and looks at Ben "Thank you so much for calling mate" Ben smiles "no problem, I thought it was weird Anna's picture being on a missing persons flyer so I thought I'd see whats going on" All I can do is look at Harry, hes still outside, hasn't said one word to me or anyone else for that matter. "oh that makes sence" Ben kisses me "Anna baby why didn't you just tell me that" tell him what, fuck I wasn't paying attention "erm... I was going to" Harry finally walks inside and I step back a little "Hey mate, Harry Styles" he holds out his hand for Ben to shake, which he does "Nice to meet you, are you Anna's brother too?" he laughs "Nope" he comes closer to me and grabs me "now that would be weird right sweetheart" I don't say anything just nod my head 'yes'
"Well Anna was just making dinner, do the both of you want to stay and eat something?" Liam looks at Harry and they both bust out laughing, until Harry finally speaks "nah mate you see we just came for one thing" the next thing I know a gun goes off and Ben collapses on the floor "Ben!" Harry grabs me and picks me up "LET ME GO!!" I kick and scream "Fucking bitch be quiet" "PUT ME DOWN!!" to my surprise he does, but then Liam comes up from behind me and holds a cloth to my mouth "breathe it in Anna, we'll be home when you wake up"
(Flashback)
Two years ago...
Walking up to the porch, Ben grabs my hand and holds it. To my surprise I let him. I didn't flinch or get scared. it just felt right "so I think this is the part when I kiss you, say goodnight, and leave, but..." He says laughing. When I came to America the first thing I did was go to the police. I didn't tell what happened, just that a needed a place to live because I've never been here before. Ben was that cop and I've been living at his house ever since "well you can still kiss me" he smiles and steps closer and asks "are you sure?" I smile "yeah" the space between us closes and our lips touch.
(End of Flashback)
When I wake up I'm on an airplane and the devil is sitting next to me "good morning sweetheart" he bends down so his face is right in front of mine "if you scream, so help you God, I will tear your throat out" a tear escapes my eyes and the memory of my dream and what happened back at the house floods my brain "w-why did you-u" he smirks "why did I what? make Benny go boom" he laughs "only I get to call you baby" he kisses me and I pull away "I'm not your baby!" he grabs the front of my shirt and pulls me towards him and growls "Anna you've always been mine, and you always will be" he shoves me back and I just sit there crying. "Did you really expect me to let him live after I found out you were fucking him?" No that's why I told him not to answer the door "how long did it take you? huh to cheat on me?" "i didn't cheat on you-" he grabs my face "no? how long Anna?" "e-eight months" he squeezes my far harder "eight months!" someone kicks the seat behind us "mate calm down people are starting to look" it's Liam. Harry let's go of me and I scoot as far away from him as possible.
(Liam's POV)
When the plane lands I grab Anna's arm holding her back. Harry looks at me and I nod my head, telling him to go ahead. "I haven't seen you in three years and this is how your going to act towards me?" I say to sister, she just looks at me "Anna your my little sister, I love you" "you obviously didn't love me enough to make him stop. All those times I was screaming, pleading for help and you did nothing. You let him beat me, rape me-" I can't take it anymore so I smack her "just because I'm your brother doesn't mean you can talk to me like that! Without me you would have been on the streets growing up, remember that" I shove her off of the plane. Harry is waiting for us in the lobby and I tell Anna to with him and wait for me "I don't want to-" "NOW!" she flinches and slowly walks over to him.
After searching through the mass of people I finally find them, holding up a sign that says 'Welcome Home!' Complete idiots "Liam, bloody hell what took you so long?" I laugh "good to see you too Lou" Zayn pats my back "welcome home mate, did you really find her?" I look over at Anna and Harry and point "let's go home I'm exsausted" we walk over to them and Anna's eyes immediately look to Zayn, weird. Why would she look at Zayn? does he really scare her that much? "ah Hazz ready to go home?" I ask, he raises his eyebrows and nods his head. Harry grabs Anna's arm and Zayn steps in "I got her, you look tired mate" Harry looks at me and lets go of Anna "fine" he says. When I start to walk past Harry he stops me "watch them Liam"
