The Good Girl and the Bad Boy
Jealousy
HARRY’S POV
I can’t believe I actually got jealous when I saw her with her brother last night, though I didn’t know it was her brother. I never got jealous. I never cared about anything but sex, and so I couldn’t care less about who the girls slept with or dated or whatever. And so I didn’t get jealous.
So why did I get jealous?
It was clear that I was going to have to do something drastic to fuck her, question is, what? What would make a girl like her want me? Except for drugs, but even I wouldn’t go that low to drug a girl.
I had to go with the oldest trick in the book – jealousy. I had to make her jealous. But – how? I couldn’t just show up at her door with some random girl. She’d think I was crazy. Fuck, I thought I was crazy.
So I decided to call Perrie. She’s helped me before, maybe she could help me again.
PERRIE’S POV
“Please, stay?” Zayn begged, and I laughed.
“No, I have to go”, I said. “I promised Harry that I’d go shopping with Ally.”
Zayn frowned. “Why are you helping him, anyway?”
I shrugged. “Because she helped me, and because I actually don’t want her to be alone for the rest of her life.”
“So you have to fix her up with Harry, of all people?” Zayn asked incredulously. “He doesn’t care about anything but sex.”
I sighed. “He’s asked me about her. Do you think he’d go that far just to get her in bed with him?”
That shut him up. “But do you have to do it today?” he asked, and pulled me back into the bed with him. I tried to get up again, because I knew that it’d be too easy for him to convince me to stay, but he snaked his arms around my waist, keeping me in place. He leaned in, his lips almost touching my neck. “You could do it another day, or later”, he whispered against my neck, sending shivers down my spine.
“No, Zayn”, I said, but my willpower were slowly dissolving under Zayn’s lips. “I have to do it today.”
His lips touched my neck lightly, teasing me. Then he flipped us over, so that he was hovering above me. He moved his lips further down, still barely touching me, leaving electricity in its wake. It was becoming harder and harder remembering what I had to do that was so important.
“We could stay here”, he whispered against my skin. “Continue with this.”
He pulled away, smirking. “But you have to leave”, he said, knowing fully well that I wouldn’t leave now.
I grabbed his collar and pulled him down to me again. “Stop teasing me”, I muttered and pressed my lips to his. Ally and Harry would have to wait.
When I finally managed to leave, I called Ashton and got him to come with us shopping. I said it was because we needed a guy’s opinion, but really, it was for a whole different reason.
Sure, I planned this with Harry, to get Ally jealous, but I had a plan of my own, to make Harry jealous. If I got him to believe there was anything between Ally and Ashton – which there absolutely wasn’t, they were almost like siblings to each other – then he’d be jealous, and hopefully admit that he didn’t just want to sleep with Ally.
I picked up Ashton before Ally.
“What are you up to, Perrie?” he asked me.
“What makes you think I’m up to something?” I asked and raised my eyebrows.
Ashton rolled his eyes. “You never ask any boy to go shopping with you and Ally. You’ve specifically told us not to bother you while shopping, so what are you up to?”
I sighed. “Am I that obvious?” Ashton nodded. “Okay, well, there’s this boy that Ally likes, but she won’t admit it to herself. Therefore, I have to make her admit it, so I’m planning on making her jealous.”
“And how to you plan on doing that?” Ashton asked.
“See, he – Harry – called me this morning and asked me to help him make her jealous, by making her see him with another girl, so we’re going shopping at the same time. But I have my own plan of making him jealous, and that’s why I need you to come.”
“You know Luke will kill us both for this, right?” Ashton said.
“It’s worth it”, I said.
Ally was already waiting outside when we arrived. “What’s this?” she asked when she saw Ashton. “Why are you here, Ashton?”
Ashton rolled his eyes. “Perrie convinced me to come.”
“Why?” Ally inquired.
He shrugged. “No idea. Ask her.”
ALLY’S POV
I would definitely ask Perrie about what she was up to, but later, when we were alone. I knew she wouldn’t answer me in front of Ashton.
“So where are we going?” I asked her.
“You’ll see”, she said with a wink, and I sighed.
She brought us to some boutique I’d never seen before, and I knew immediately that I’d never buy anything from there. There was nothing that was really “me” in there, everything for more brave people, like Perrie. They didn’t have any plain t-shirts or loose fit jeans, or basically anything loose fit.
Instead, they had low necklines, tight dresses and low jeans. Things I would never wear unless I had to.
Ashton raised his eyebrows. “Do you seriously think she will try anything on?” he asked Perrie, who grinned.
“Trust me, she will”, she said with an evil smile.
It ended up that I actually did, after a lot of persuasion from Perrie, I tried on a short, tight black dress that she thought I’d look great in. Apart from the shortness and tightness, the neckline was way too low for my liking.
WhileI was putting the dress on, I heard Perrie squeal and say, “Oh, isn’t that Harry? Harry! Hey!”
The moment I heard her calling for Harry, I knew exactly what her plan was. I groaned. “Perrie, please don’t say you planned this”, I muttered, but she just laughed. Nice knowing I have friends who care.
I heard footsteps, and then Ashton whistled. “Oh, wow. Is that him? Luke will murder me for helping you with this.”
Perrie laughed again and clapped her hands. “It’ll be great. Come on, Ally, aren’t you finished yet?”
I sighed, but realized she’d force me to step out if I didn’t, so I did. I saw Harry and a blonde girl, a few years older than me. He had an arm around her waist, and she looked very happy.
I rolled my eyes. Poor girl when she realizes he doesn’t care for her.
Harry’s eyes widened when he saw me, and I grimaced.
“Wow”, Ashton said. “You look like a different person.”
I forced a smile. “Yeah, well, I’m going to change back into my clothes”, I said. “Oh, and hello Harry.” I turned to the girl at his side. “I’m Ally”, I told her.
She smiled, but it was as forced as mine. “Hanna”, she said.
“I’ll go check on something”, Perrie said and left.
“Luke will probably kill me later for this, but you look really … hot, Ally”, Ashton said, and I blushed.
“Don’t get used to it. I’m not buying it.” I noticed Harry staring intently at me and Ashton, and I realized what it must seem like for someone who didn’t know us. I thought about telling him that we were like siblings, but then I thought; Oh, whatever. If this is Perrie’s master plan, I’ll just go with it.
So I did. “Could you help me with the zipper, Ashton?” I asked and turned around to him.
“Sure”, he said, and I moved my hair over my shoulder. Harry’s eyes didn’t leave me for a second when Ashton, very carefully – he was probably in on Perrie’s plan – and slowly, helped me with the zipper, and then I changed in to my ordinary clothes.
When I stepped out again, Harry seemed to be in deep conversation with Hanna, but his gaze immediately went to me when I opened the curtains. He seemed to be disappointed, but then hid it and turned back to Hanna.
“Perrie, we’re going”, I said and went to stand beside Ashton. If I was doing it, I might as well do it fully, so I hesitatingly grabbed his hand. He looked over at me and smiled, but he seemed to be as uncomfortable with the whole act as I was.
Perrie sighed. “Fine, let’s go”, she muttered.
“Let’s get something to eat, yeah?” said Ashton. “You look like you haven’t eaten all day.”
I sighed. “I ate a sandwich this morning on my way to the meeting with mr M—I mean Gabriel.”
Ashton frowned at me. “Then we’re grabbing something to eat”, he said with finality, and so we all went off to eat. And by ‘all’ I mean me, Perrie and Ashton. Harry wanted to come with us with Hanna, but I decided we were going home to my place to eat, just ordering something on the way, and that they could eat without us, mostly because I got tired of seeing Harry with her, I don’t know why.
When we got ready to leave, Harry made sure to kiss Hanna very passionately before we left. I refused to react, and basically dragged Ashton and Perrie out from there.
“Perrie!” I yelled when we were back in her car. “You planned that, didn’t you?”
She shrugged. “You can’t live your whole life alone”, was her only excuse.
I was about to start yelling at her some more, but Ashton interrupted me. “She has a point, Ally”, he said. “Though I’m not sure what I think of you not being alone with him. He seemed, I don’t know …”
“Not my type?” I offered. “Player-like? Bad boy?”
“Yeah. Something like that.”
“Well, you’re right”, I said. “And there’s nothing between us, anyway. He doesn’t care about me, and I certainly don’t care about him.”
Perrie looked disappointed. “But didn’t you notice how he looked at you? And his face when you took Ashton’s hand. It has to mean something!”
“Yeah”, I said. “It means he realized he couldn’t get into my pants, and was very disappointed.”
We didn’t say anything else about the matter after that.
Notes
Chapter 4, everyone! I'm updating a lot right now in the beggining, to get it started, but then I'll probably update once a week. Also, I literally have no homework at all right now, so I have a lot of free time to do whatever I want.
Oh, and what did you think of the Zerrie? Was it good/bad, should I do more/less? Tell me your thoughts!
I hope you enjoyed this chapter, comment and vote as usual, and I'll update soon!
