This story is still in the early stages so there's not much to go off of. There were a few grammar and spelling errors but that's about it. But, here's what I can tell you. Just because you don't receive comments or messages about people liking or loving your story doesn't mean that you should quit. Write because you want to. People might stumble upon it and instantly love it. The whole purpose of this website is for your creativity to let loose. So do just that, write whatever you want, whatever you think, whatever you feel...You never know who's reading :)

Line by line

Now this story is in the early stages as well. I know that the first couple of chapters are the hardest to write because you're trying to reel in the read with something interesting. Now, I'm not saying that yours is not interesting in the least bit. I just feel that if you went in depth a little bit more (i.e. More character detail, the setting/surroundings) it will bring the reader(s) to be glued to your story. Also, never bring yourself down when it comes to your work. Be proud of it! And if someone doesn't like it? Well, they simply don't have to read it.
