it was 2 am when my phone rang I picked it up "hello Ashton" it was her voice why was she calling me at 2 in the morning
"Lena why are you calling me at two in the morning" I herd silence and was wondering what was wrong with her
"R-ry-d-der he he" she stopped talking and I knew she was crying there was a pause "can you pick me up p-p-please"
I grabbed my keys and started to stand up " where are you" I said she sniffed "umblasting lane" she says unsure
"the road near lighting point" she says again "ill be there soon k" I could feel her nodding her head "yeah sure bye"
I herd the phone hang up whatever that dicks done to her I sighed as I jumped into my car and started to drive, I couldn't do anything to him he was the star student in the eyes of the school A+ grade Average was the star basketball player and was great with the girls Lena was his first serious relationship and it had to be with her not any other of his skanky girls it had to be her Magdalena the girl that made my heart jump I was looking at the road when I saw her I pulled over and got out to see her looking broken she had a cut just above her jawline and her make-up was smudged “lean what happened” I said touching her cut
“it,its nothing ok” I looked at her and I knew she was lying her nose was crinkling
“come here” I said and hugged her I herd her start to cry and soon enough it stopped“Ashton please don't take me home” she said sniffing “my parents aren't home and I-I don't want to be lonely” I looked her in the eyes she looked scared so I asked her again “what did Ryder do to you” she sniffled and closed her eyes like she didn't want to remember it “he went to far Ashton I wasn't ready so he accused me of cheating and he hit me” she burst into tears again my heart broke immediately then I got angry I bit my tongue “come on lets get you home I'll stay with you” I got her in the car she was smiling sadly and as I started driving she asked the one thing that made my heart jump “Ashton can I,can I hold your hand” I looked at her and smiled she was problem just scared of course that’s what it was but I wasn't denying her “sure” I said and smiled as I grabbed her hand

of corse I was scared and he was there I didn't know why I asked him to hold my hand but I just needed to we were driving to my house and then he said “why did you like Ryder” I looked him in the eye why did I like Ryder he was smart and the star basketball player and he was popular I didn't know how to answer so I said “I don’t ash” we pulled up to my house and got out I just wanted to go to sleep Ashton walks me to my room and we both lay down on my bed staring at the ceiling he looked at me and smiled “what” I said “is it my make-up” I said wiping my face he laughed
“no its just I’m happy your safe” I smiled back I've always had a thing for Ash he just never know before I went to sleep I said it “please don't leave me” and I herd back “I won't”
