Have you forgotten?

Rafaela's P.O.V.

"When I saw the text from Liam, saying that you were leaving, I immediately came.", he said.

"How did you know where exactly was I?", I asked crossing my arms. He let his hands fall from my shoulders.

"I checked all aiports, that's why I am so late, or else I'd be here hours ago.", he said, searching my eyes for a reaction.

"So you came here, because?", I asked, looking back in his bloodshot eyes. The red colour inside of them made the green look so outlined and shiny.

"I came here to apologise. I had to. I'm sorry. Rafaela, I am so sorry. Please forgive me.", he said now, getting on his knees, causing a scene in front of all people.

"Harry, stand up, you are causing a scene.", I said looking around. There weren't many people. Only a few old ladies and two men in their middle 30s. Not all of them were awake though.

"Not before you forgive me.", he begged.

"Ok, ok, I forgive you. Now please get up.", I said and he finally obeyed.
I went to the front desk.

"Excuse me, has the flight to Bulgaria taken off?", I asked and the woman behind the desk frowned.

"I am sorry miss, but it had just taken off.", she said.

"Fuck." (hehe) I cursed, running a hand through my hair.

"When is the next one then?", I asked, calming down.

"After about 3 hours, miss. At around 9:30." I cursed again.

"Ok, thanks.", I said and went back to sit in a chair. Harry sat down in a chair next to mine. I stayed silent.

"I am sorry for that as well.", he spoke.

"You should be.", I said, hugging my knees to my chest.

"You know, I actually came here to prevent you from leaving.", he said. I stayed silent again.

"I was afraid that you will leave me again, and this time never come back.", he said, his voice slightly breaking at the end. I turned my head to look at him.

"Harry, I just need some time away. Only a few days. I just miss my mom.", I said in a low voice and he gave me a nod.

"I understand, and I'm very sorry for making you miss your flight.", he apologised once again.
Then I remembered something.

"I should call my mom and tell her, that I'll be there later.", I said, standing up and dialing my mom's number.

"Honey, shouldn't you be on the plane?", she asked from the other end.

"No mom, i missed my flight. I will be there at noon. Sorry.", I said.

"Ok, we will just walk around the city until you come. I haven't been there in a while.", she said and I nodded, then realised she can't see me.

"Ok mom, have fun.", I said and we hung up after saying our goodbyes.

"Is she mad at me?", Harry asked when I sat back in my chair.

"I didn't tell her the reason I missed the flight.", I said and he let out a sigh of relief.
He looked miserable, which made me feel kind of guilty. I hate it when people feel bad because of me.

"Rafaela, does your mum still hates me?", he asked, not daring to look at me.

"No Haz, she just wants to forget the past. That's all.", I said.

"Raf.", he called and I looked at him.

"I know she hates me, and also I know the reason why. It's the same reason why you left.", he said, looking me straight in the eyes. But how does he know the reason? Nobody knows. Has Shirleen told him?

"My mum told me everything.", he explained, as if reading my mind.
And i almost forgot that his mom was involved in this whole situation as well.
