Have you forgotten?

Rafaela's P.O.V.

We waited for about 20 minutes, but the rain wasn't slowing down, it only increased its pace instead.

"Rafaela, we are running out of fuel. I'll turn off the car and when you get cold, just tell me to start it again.", Niall said.

I didn't say anything. I focused on something in front of us.

"Hey what's this light there?", I asked, pointing at the far end of the road.

"It's McDonald's.", Niall said happily.

"Well, turn off the car and let's go there.", I exclaimed, as if it was the best idea, I've ever had.

"Ok.", he said, turning off the engine and taking out the keys. He jumped out and came to my side to help me. I took his hand, climbing off the car, him shutting the door behind me. He locked the car and took my hand once again, so we would run at the same pace.
When we entered McDonald's, we were soaking wet.

"Wow, that's what I call hard raining.", Niall exclaimed.

"Well, you haven't seen, how it rains in Cicily.", I pointed out, him agreeing with a small laugh.

I looked around to see the whole place empty, except a girl with a McDonald's cap standing behind the counter. I blamed the rain outside for the lack of people in here.

"Hello.", I greeted, nodding towards the girl. She greeted us back. I could see the excitement in her eyes.

"Welcome to McDonald's, what can I get for you?", she asked with a big smile, trying not to show her real emotions.

"I'll have a cheeseburger.", Niall said, leaning on the counter. The girl looked like she was about to faint.

She had long blonde-brown hair, her eyes were big and green, reminding me of Harry's. She was very good looking, if you ask me.

"I'll have a diet coke.", I said, going beside Niall.
He was sitting a bar stool in front of the counter. I sat on another one next to him. The girl had disappeared to the restaurant kitchen to prepare Niall's order, I assume.
She soon came back with Niall's burger and my diet coke.

"Here ya go.", she said, putting our order in front of us. She was looking at Niall, as if he was the most delicious chocolate cake on Earth. She totally likes him. She went somewhere, leaving us alone. She probably felt awkward or she just went somewhere, where she could scream and fangirl all she wants. I would do it, if I was her.

I looked around to make sure, we were completely alone.

"Niall.", I whisper-shouted.

"Um?", he asked, looking at me, his eyebrows raised and his mouth full of food.

"You should get her number.", I said quietly.
