Sam's POV

Tonight's the night! It's finally here! The night me and Jessica have been waiting for since we bought these tickets a year ago. Our first ever 5SOS concert! We absolutely love to go out and party and we are just lucky we happen to have the same taste in music, so with that combination, we grew to be somewhat of a concert buddy for one another and let me just say we've had some fantastic times!

Hey girl! I hope it's okay I'm runnin a bit early, be there in 5(;

*To Jessica*
Okay, sounds good, can't wait to see you!

3 minutes later it's 5:00pm and Jessica shows so we can start prepping for the concert, you know, get the perfect outfit together, do our hair and make-up, all the right stuff to start out our perfect night!

"OH MY FUCKING GOD!!" Jessica squealed, "Can you believe it?! We are finally getting to see them!! And in the 3rd row!" she says as she pretends to faint. I swear, if there is a true drama queen in existence, it's that girl.

"I KNOW!!" I exclaim back at her, "Come on in, we need to start our beautifying process before heading into the city for the concert!" I giggled before I walked back inside.

I have to say living so close to New York City really did have it's perks. Being that anyone major who is on tour will most likely stop somewhere around here, didn't help my concert addiction!

We both had picked out black lacey leggings, dark denim shorts, and the 5SOS t-shirts we had bought off their website not too long ago.

"Dude it's 5:45! We need to go! The concert starts at 7:30!" Jessica exclaimed to me as I was finishing up straightening my long blonde hair.

"Okay, okay, let me grab the tickets, some money and a notepad and a pen so I can stick it in my bag" I said with a wink, "you never know who we could give our numbers to, or who could give us theirs!"

"Ha! Wow! You kill me sometimes! Haha. Like that would ever happen", Jessica said with a sigh.

"Well if it ever did, you can't ask me for my paper or pen just because you laughed at me!"

Jess looked at me shocked and almost sorry, "okay let's not take it too far, if we ever got to meet them, you better be sharing your friken paper and pen" she said giggling.

By the time we got off the bus and into the city, it was already 7:05. "Shit, we have to hustle! We can't miss them walking out on stage!" I said in a panic.

We picked up the pace and managed to get to Madison Square Garden by 7:25.

"Forget buying t-shirts before the show! We can come back after! We need to get to our seats before they come out!" I yelled as I grabbed Jess' arm. We managed to find our seats at 7:30 on the dot just as the lights began to dim down. We were dead center and in the third row! I could already tell tonight was going to be fantastic.

Ashton walked out to his drum kit, gave his amazing smile before doing a little twirl of his drum sticks and sitting down to start beating on his drums. Soon after, Luke, Michael, and Calum joined him on stage. They all looked so damn good in their black skinny jeans and ripped up shirts.

As Luke made his way out to his mic, he looked out into the crowd and made eye contact with me. We were so close I could see him begin to slightly blush as he gave me a friendly smirk and wink.

"OH MY FUCKING GOD!! DID YOU SEE THAT?!?! SAM, HE JUST WINKED AT YOU!" Jess screamed out over the other thousands of screaming teenage girls. See normally I would tell her to stop being over dramatic again, but this was sort of a big deal, I mean of all the girls here I was the one to make Lucas Robert Hemmings blush.

Now, I wasn't exactly sure who my favorite of the four was, but it was definitely a close tie between Ashton and Luke, I mean come on, they are just so damn hot! They are cute, funny, nice, extremely talented and to top it off SEXY AS HELL!! ... Well I assume the first three things being that I don't REALLY know them, despite the countless interviews I've seen.

After the first few songs have passed, Jess and I were having the time of our lives. Singing our hearts out, jumping around and dancing like the fools we are, until, Luke stops to talk for a moment.

"I would just like to thank all of you wonderful people for coming out to rock out with us tonight! I can see many of you know the words to most of our songs and enjoy dancing around to them as well," he quick shot me a smile, "some more then others", now I was the one blushing, "how would one of you lovely ladies like to come up here to sing with us", he said still locking his beautiful blue eyes with mine.

Next thing I know as Luke scans their audience Jessica was screaming "Pick her! Pick SAM!!", pointing at me, jumping up and down, completely causing a scene, as if he hadn't noticed me already.

I absolutely hate going in front of a group of people. Public speaking has to be one of my biggest fears, and Jess knew that. And plus, the only time I sing is in the shower... when I'm home alone no less!! There's no way I could get up there in front of everyone, even if, by the chance Luke had picked... ,"YOU!!", he said pointing at me.

"Me?!?", I shouted looking shocked, happy, yet confused.

"Yes love, would you please come join us on stage to sing out next song?"

"Uh, okay, ya sure, but how do I-"

"Dave help the pretty girl out", Michael said with a smirk.

"Dave is the head of our security if you all were unaware, let's all give him a round of applause for keeping our dumb asses safe", Calum said laughing, clearly just trying to embarrass the poor man by turning the attention on him.

Security helped me find my way onto the stage and the next thing I know I'm being pulled into a hug by Mike! This was followed by a friendly, but sweaty greeting from Calum and Luke as well. Ashton even got off his drum set to give me an extra long hug! I swear, my smile was one of those dumb ass smiles, you know the one you get when you're just so happy you can't stop smiling? Ya that was me, I felt like I was embarrassing myself before I even opened up my mouth.

"So what's your name pretty?", Michael said into his mic, but keeping eye contact with me.

"I think I heard your friend say it, Sam is it?", Luke said still smiling at me.

I replied with a nod of my head. I couldn't believe this. I was on stage with 5SOS!

"Okay then Sam, are you ready to rock out with us?", Ashton said from back behind his drum set.

"Yes!", I screamed out excitedly.

"Well we need a mic for this pretty lady... or she could share mine if she wants???" Luke said with a mysterious grin on his face.

"I wouldn't mind sharing your mic Luke", I said to him, clearly smiling ear to ear.

"Okay, well now that's settled, do you know the words to Heartache On the Big Screen??", Mike asked eagerly.

"Of course I do!", I yelled out into Luke's mic, "What kind of fan would I be if I didn't?!", the girls went crazy with screams and screeches.

Ashton replied to me with, "Okay well then hear we go... 1! 2! 3! 4!"

***Heartache On the Big Screen plays as I sang along with the boys***
I can't believe I just did that! I sang every word to one of my favorite songs straight into Luke Hemmings eyes in front of thousands of clearly jealous girls. I really hope Jess was recording all of this because I will need proof tomorrow that I wasn't dreaming

"Wow Sam that was amazing! Why didn't you warn us you had a voice like that before we started singing?!", Calum said joking around again.

I laughed, blushing now and replied, "I don't know, I didn't think i had a good voice. To be honest I've never sang in front of anyone ever before."

"WHY NOT?!? That was totally bad ass Sam!", Mike snapped back.

"Ya really! That was fucking wicked!", Ashton added.

"Wow thanks guys", I said back to them both just as I noticed Luke standing back clearly admiring my carefully thought out outfit.

"Well thanks for joining us up here for the song Sam, but sadly you must leave us so we can get on with the rest of the show as planned", Luke said laughing.

I got another sweaty hug from the four of them, but this time Luke went last and whispered in my ear, "I really wouldn't have picked any other girl than the prettiest girl in the room. You caught my eye as soon as I walked out on stage."

I was beaming with happiness as he left his tight embrace. There was no containing my blushing, my face was definitely firetruck red by now.

I was escorted back to my seat and Jess was almost crying from excitement, and she wasn't even the one to go on stage!

"DUDE! I CAN NOT EVEN BELIEVE THAT JUST HAPPENED TO YOU!", she exclaimed!

"I know!! I really have to be dreaming", I said back to her.

The show went on and we rocked out hard core until the boys said their goodbyes.

"Thanks to everyone who came out tonight and made our night here in NYC so special.", Calum said with a smile.

Mike added, "Yes, thank you so much! All of you! You are the most fantastic fans of all time".

"But guys, we can't forget to thank our special guest appearance! The lovely lady none other then Sam!!", Ashton screamed out.

"Yes, a special thank you to the beautiful and talented Sam for sharing the stage with us for one song this evening", Luke said making me blush heavily again.

I giggled and mouthed the words you're welcome back to him before he ran off stage with the rest of the boys. Jess then grabbed my arm before I was mobbed by the other crazy jealous girls. We ran out of the arena and out onto a buzzing New York City street and blended in with the crowd.

"Jess I'm starving! We need to find something to eat!"

"Ya same here. I haven't eaten anything since lunch and it's already 11! I bet there is a pizza place around here somewhere."

So we walked a few blocks before coming upon what looked like a decent enough pizza place. (actually it was the first one we came to that was still open!). We went inside ordered our food and sat down and waited for it to be ready.

"Tonight was amazing!", Jess said still smiling.

"You have no idea! And you know what? Luke told me..", and just before I could get the words out about what Luke had said to me before I got off the stage we were interrupted.

"Luke said what now?"

And there they were. All four of them. In the same pizza parlor as us, in all of NYC, just standing there in front of us, smiling, waiting for a reply.
