Camping Trip

-Michael's perspective-


When Rachel arrived for breakfast that morning Brianna and I took notice in the way she acted. Brianna had pointed out that she wasn't really talking to Ashton at first, which alarmed me because last night Ashton said they had been talking about relationships. What if she had figured out Ashton's feelings for her and didn't feel the same way. Ashton would be crushed. However, that thiught was sent away quickly when Rachel returned to laughing and joking around. I noticed the silence next to me. Brianna had removed the beanie she was wear in from her head and was picking at the fabric. I wasn't going to lie, I had a small crush on her but it was hard to tell how she felt since she was so quiet. I had been able to he her to warm up a bit but she still had a wall up. I poked her shoulder and she jumped slightly, dropping the beanie. It made me laugh that she could get so caught up in something. She looked at me then at everyone else, remembering she was with her friends at a table and not in a quite corner alone.
"Oh..hey, um sorry." She said. I laughed, she apologized a lot, even if she did nothing wrong. Instead of replying I took advantage of the fact that she wasnt wearing a beanie and ruffled her hair. Brianna tried swatting away my arms and gave up, deciding to just try and cover her head. Gabby noticed and laughed, lightly nudging Rachel. Rachel smirked at Brianna who turned red, I shrugged it off as her laughing too hard causing her to turn red.
"Michael, stop screwing up my hair!" laughed Rachel. I finally stopped and she sighed, smoothing it down."Thank god." She said, placing her beanie back on her head so hard it covered her whole forehead.

"Well then." I said, laughing. I couldn't help but notice Rachel smirking at Brianna -who had now stopped laughing- was still
red.
