Hayley sat with Calum, bringing the laptop onto her lap. He smiled and buried his head in her neck, kissing her neck softly.
"That tickles," she giggled squirming.
He laughed and wrapped his arms around the now visible baby bump. He was amazed whenever he saw it.

It was weird to think that there was another living thing inside of her, growing everyday. A lil baby. His lil baby. She looked so cute pregnant because she was so short and the bump looked like she had a basketball under her shirt. Sometimes he'd catch her waddling through the house, cradling it in her arms. Those were the moments he cherished. The little moments.

He couldn't wait till next week when he'd finally be able to find out the gender. He didn't know what he wanted it to be, he just wanted to know.

She opened the laptop and logged onto skype. They were gonna "hang out" with all the others from back home through skype. These were already planned before time, for many reasons. The most prominent being the fact that they didn't want to get caught by someone who wasn't supposed to know they were alive.

She clicked Ashton's picture and it started to ring. Today was the day, they were finally going to tell all their friends that they were going to have a family soon. All the other times she'd spoken to them, she had a hoodie on to conceal her bump, but she and Calum decided they couldn't keep it a secret any longer.

"Hello!" Ashton cheered, his face up as close to the camera as possible.
Hayley and Calum were laughing.
"Ashton move out of the way so we can see them!" Gabby said
"Ow," he whined presumably after she whacked him.

He backed up and they could see the entire group.
Ash Gabby Luke Jackie Luz and Michael.

"Hello," Hayley smiled waving.
"Hi!" They all chorused.
Jackie was the first to notice the bump, her eyes widened and she pointed.

"Is that...?"
She could t even finish her sentence.
"How long did that take?" Hayley looked up at Calum.
He laughed, "a couple seconds, pretty good eh?"
"I'd say so," Hayley nodded

Ashton's was dropped. Oh goodness, this had to be interesting.
"When the bloody heck did that happen?" He asked
"Uh.." Hayley thought, "what like almost 4 months?"
"And you didn't tell me?" He cried.
She grimaced, "ash relax,"

Gabby rested her hand on his shoulder,
He took a breath, "okay, I'm fine now,"
Calum snorted laughter, "you're fine already? I was expecting to get yelled at,"
Ashton shrugged, "I'm shocked as all. But it guess I'll just get over it,"
Hayley smiled at Gabby who rolled her eyes at Ashton's comment.

Jackie squealed, "I'm an auntie!"
Luke smiled and wrapped his arm around her, "I guess so babe,"
"Do you know what it is yet?" Luz asked
They shook their heads, "no, were gonna find out next week,"
"This is so exciting," gabby giggled, "I'm so happy for you guys,"
"You should name it Pizza," Michael snickered.
"No we should not," Calum laughed.

They all talked a little more. Hayley was happy talking to all three of the girls. She definitely missed them all and wished they were here. It'd be nice to do all the baby things with them. She knew all of them would like that.

"We have to visit soon," Jackie whined to Luke, "right Luz?"
She nodded her head, "i think so!"
"We will," Luke assured her, "I promise,"
"I think that's a good idea," Michael smiled, kissing Luz' temple.
She smiled up at him, "yay,"

Hayley peeked up at Calum happily. He rested his chin on her head with a lazy smile.
About an hour later, Calum decided that it was time that she got to sleep. She was already fighting to stay awake, and he had become over sensitive to her needs in the past months. He was always making sure she was content and safe. He wanted her to be healthy and for the baby to be healthy.

"How bout we turn in," he said softly, "it's getting late,"
They all nodded in understanding.
"Goodnight,"
He shut the laptop off and scooped her up carrying her to their bedroom.
"I love you Calum" she mumbled tiredly, "I'm happy that were gonna be a family."
He smiled and kissed her forehead, "me too princess, now go to sleep okay? It's been a long day,"

"Do you have to work?" She asked
He sighed and nodded, "yeah,"
"Can you stay with me till I fall asleep?" She asked
He smiled, "of course,"

He tucked her in and laid down next to her, pulling her into his chest. She closed her eyes and nuzzled her head into his chest, breathing in his delightful and familiar scent. He hummed and rubbed her back until he heard her soft breathing. Carefully, he removed himself and kissed her forehead again.

"Bye bye cutie. I'll see you tomorrow," he whispered.

A week later


"That's cold!" Hayley whined
Calum laughed, "you're crushing my hand,"
She squirmed as the nurse got to work, setting the ultra sound up. In a minute they could hear the heartbeat, but it was weird this time, it was a lot faster this time.
"There we go," the nurse smiled, "do you want to know the gender?"

They both nodded.
She moved it around, squinting at the screen.
"Huh," she tilted her head to the side, "that's funny,"
"Um what?" Hayley squeaked nervously.

"There are two babies in there," the nurse stated, "twins,"

She looked up at Calum with wide eyes, "oh my god,"
He grinned, "well that's definitely a shocker,"
"I guess we just didn't catch it sooner. That's common, usual tone twin can hide behind the other, so you can't see it." She explained, "let me just take a look again and I can tell you what we have here,"

They nodded and Hayley laid her head back. Calum brushed the hairs out of her eyes. He smiled fondly and she grinned up at him. Twins. Who would've thought.


"Well, we have a boy and a girl here,"
