I open my well rested eyes to see Nali sleeping beside me. The sun was slightly grazing over her face making her shine. Looking over at the side clock I see my phone flashing on the end table. Seeing that the text we from my mum I decide that I should open it and not wait for later.

Hey, you and Nali should come spend the weekend with us. Your family misses you:)

Smiling at the thought of them missing me I quickly texted back saying we will be there about three. Looking back at Nali not wanting her to wake but she has to get up sooner or later.

After her shower and I had time to take one we were off to my mothers. Stuffing her bags into the trunk I climbed into the drivers seat for the three hour long drive. Once back down stairs all the girls were in the kitchen talking.

It turned out my mum was making spaghetti, Nali's favourite food. Nali wasn't always the cleanest person especially when eating. Sitting around the table looking at everyone's smiling faces made me realise how much I miss seeing my mum, sis, and (step) dad.

"Can you help me clean up the dinner mess?" She asked picking up her plate.

"Oh, no darling I can get the mess you and Harry go sit in the living room with the rest of the family." My mum insisted while taking the plate nicely from Nali.

Looking around the living room that had seemed so different from the last time I had been here. The fireplace was lite while a chair sat near it, the television was on playing football and the sofa was directly across from it.

Sitting in the chair by the warm fire Nali sat on the floor beside the chair. I chuckled and pulled on her arm telling her to sit with me.
