The Little Drummer

I was packed and ready to go on tour. Lou was right I couldn't let my parents control my life,even though they do think this is a great opportunity. Luckily, their next stop was 2 hours away from here, and Lou was due to pick me up any minute.

"Emma!" i heard my sister yell as a door opened. I took a deep sigh and walked downstairs.

"Hey Lou!" I said putting my bags down and hugging her. "No Lux?" i asked.

"Harry's babysitting while I pick you up." She smiled.

"Oh Lou, Emma it's great seeing you two together again." Our mother said as she entered the living room. "it really is," my father agreed following her. Lou and our parents before Lou declared it was time for us to leave with a final goodbye to our parents,we were on our way for me to become a paid drummer. The two hours seemed to fly by as we talked about anything and everything from me being on tour, to the 1D lads and to our lives and just catching up.

We finally arrived at a rather fancy hotel. I took both my bags out of the boot and followed Lou inside,after giving the car to the valet. There was a guy taking pictures from the bushes. "Does that always happen?" I ask nodding in his direction. "Not really unless the guys are with me."She shrugged. we headed to an elevator where you had to have a key-card...fancy.

"You should have let the bellboys take your bags."She said shaking her head."Now I don't have to call them to bring my bags up."I shrugged making her shake her head disapprovingly. We finally got to our floor and she slid the card and opened the door. It wasn't that big,your standard two bed room with a telly.

"That bed is yours."She said pointing to the one closer to the window before going into the washroom.There was a knock on the door so I went over to open it. After seeing Lux's face I opened the door.

"Aunty!"She excitedly said.

"Luxy!" I said taking her from the person holding her. After holding her safely I see it's Harry.
"I miss you Aunty."
"I miss you too Luxy." I said kissing her cheek.
"Sorry, It's nice to meet you. I'm Emma." I said holding out my hand for him to shake while I balanced Lux on my hip with the other.

"I'm Harry."He said shaking my hand. His smile showed off his dimples that I really had the urge to poke.

"Harry there you are." Lou said coming out of the bathroom. Good thing to I was very much contemplating the poking of Harry's dimples.

"I'm here to mummy."Lux said.

"I see that."She said taking her from my arm and kissing her.

"I see you've met my little sister."

"And our new drummer."He smiled. " Sam wants you at the arena to learn the songs."

"Now?"

"Well the show is tomorrow."

"Okay...where is the stadium and how am I getting there?" I asked.

"I will be taking you." Harry declared.

"Okay just give me a second." I quickly went to my bag and grabbed my trusty drumsticks.

"Okay I'm ready." I said.
