If I Stay (Louis Thomplison) Based on the movie

Grace’s P.O.V.

It was the night that Louis was picking me up and I was standing in my closet figuring out what I was going to wear when Faithlynn came in.

“Grace what are you doing”

“I’m trying to find something to wear now go away”

“Maybe you should wear my tutu?”

“Faithlynn I’m am not going to wear your tutu forget it”

She scrunched up her face and looked at me

“Well wear mom’s favorite dress”

I looked at her, yes I had been given all of mom’s clothes but I never touched them and then I thought about her dress she always wore, it was red and hugged all her curves.

“Faithlynn I love you” I said hugging her tightly

I went and got out that Dress and put it on, my arms felt a little too exposed so I grabbed my leather jacket and now for the shoes, what shoes to wear?

I caught a glimpse of my white toms sitting in the corner and thought they’d have to do.

Once I was ready I went to walk out of the room when I heard my grandpa open the door and then Louis’s voice.

I hadn't realized how nervous I was until I heard his voice, what if I acted to awkward, or what if I say something embarrassing.

I shook it off and walked down the stairs, when I was on the last step I looked up to see him staring at me in awe.

“Hey” I said smiling

“Hey”

“So I guess we better go then”

“Yup”

He opened the front door and let me go first, I sighed and thought to myself well here we go.

*Skip car ride*

Half way through the performance Louis took my hand in his, I didn't know what to do it startled me at first because I was into the performer and their song they were playing.

I had never held a guys hand before and I didn't know if I should hold his hand back or just to leave it how it was so I just sat their acting like it wasn't a big deal at all, even though on the inside my body was saying YESSSS!

After the performance was done we made our way back to his car when he stopped me in the now almost vacant parking lot.

“Look up at the stairs” he said

So I did what he said when all of a sudden we saw a shooting star

“Quick make a wish” he whispered

I closed my eyes and made a wish, when I opened them he looked at me and smiled

“What did you wish for”

“I’m not saying because then it won’t come true”

“Do you honestly believe in that?”

“Yup”

“Well I’ll tell you mine”

I put my hand over my ears and acted like I wasn't listening

“Well I guess I’ll have to show you then”

After he said that he leaned in and gave me the sweetest kiss that made me fall for him.
When he took me home he walked me up to the door and kissed me once more and left,

I walked in the house shut the door and leaned against it thinking how much fun I had and thinking about that kiss he had given me.
