I Never Knew

I woke up to my alarm going off.It read seven o’clock tv time before niall gets it, oh wait he left yesterday. So I grabbed a blanket and went down stairs, the blanket was if I got cold.So when I got down stairs I went to the kitchen to fix me a cup of tea and then I went to the couch.But someone was already up,well not up but he was asleep. He must of fell asleep while watching tv. The remote was in the cushion so I had to be very quiet to get it. I almost had it until he grabbed my hand, crap he caught me.

“What are you doing?” he said waking up

“Getting the remote.”I said a little scared

“Why ?!” he said rubbing his eyes

“Duh,to watch tv!!” I said getting aggravated

“You know you could've asked.” I said

“Fine, Ashton my I have the remote please.” I said with the blanket still on me

“Nope” he said smiling

“Why!” I said getting a little louder

“Because I am about to.” he said sitting up

“Ok but we have to agree on the shows though.” I said sitting on the couch with him

“Fine” he said smiling

So we ended up watching a Harry Potter marathon. I ended up sharing my blanket with Ashton. When he fell asleep I stole the remote but it wasn’t long until I fell asleep.We both woke up when someone was knocking on the door. They started to knock harder and harder. I promise you I almost peed myself.

“I’ll get it” he said confidently
“Who is it ?” I said looking at him

“Nobody” he said and then shut the door

“I am starving.” I said

“You are not starving the kids in india are starving.” he said looking at me

“Fine I am hungry.” I said looking back at him

“What do you want because I am about to go to Mcdonald's.” he said

“Can I go and order?” I said holding my hands together

“Sure but I am driving.” he said smiling

“You might want to get dressed first.” he said looking at me

“Yeah I think I need to.” So I ran up stairs and I slipped on some cut off shorts and I put on a blue bite me t-shirt. I slipped on my diy balloon flip flops, I brushed my hair and put on a little bit of eyeliner and ran back down stairs.

“Well don't you clean up good.”he said looking me up and down

“You do too, even know were going to go get breakfast.” I said looking in his beautiful eyes

“I am taking you somewhere else besides Mcdonalds.” he said getting in the car

I locked the door and got in the car. He had a dodge truck that was white with designs all over it. S when we got to mcdonalds I got a chicken biscuit with a mccafe mocha. Ashton got a big breakfast which included hot cakes, eggs, sausage, and a mccafe coffee as well. We ate in the car and went who knows where. I slipped out the back window and stood up in the bed of the truck with my arms stretching out. I felt so free with the wind in my hair. There was so many trees tightly packed together only letting in a little bit of sunlight in the cracks of the trees. The sun felt so warm to my skin, the sun was like a fresh breath calm and soothing. When we got there was a little cottage on the river, it was not small or too big it was just right.

“What is this place?” I asked poking my head in the window

“This is my house.” he said glancing in the mirror

“No way!!” I said hollering back at him

“Yeah this is mine alright it was passed down.” he said

We had stopped in front of the cottage and nAshton helped me out of the truck.

“I had a question for you?” he said looking at me

“Ok well than ask away.” I said

“Since I am your babysitter I need clothes for a couple of months while your brother is away on tour,right.” he said

“Right” I said

“So since where I live where it is quite and peaceful and by the lake, and you live in a busy,loud city. So I am asking where do you want to live for four months?”

“Um I think I would like to live here at your place.” I said

“Well then it is settled, you will be living here with me then.” he said smiling

“Yep” I said smiling too
So we went inside and Ashton showed me around the place. To tell you the truth it was very pretty. I was so tired I fell asleep on the couch. I felt Ashton covering me up with a blanket.

“Good night Maddie” he said and then kissed my forehead
