Chapter Three
Alice's P.O.V.
I rushed out of my suite trying to zip up my Gucci boots while calling Dylan to see if he was downstairs yet. My mom had failed to mention that I would have to arrive at the party at 6:00 rather than 7:00 to make sure that everything was ready for the guests of honor. I almost sprinted out of the room towards the elevator. Not looking where I was going, I ran into something hard. Scratch that, someone hard. (not in that way you perv! haha that comes later! ;) ) A tan hand immediately reached down to help me up. I grasped it thankfully, looking into the gorgeous eyes that went with it. I almost fell down again! He was HOT! When I followed is gaze I noticed that he was staring intently down my shirt which he had a fairly good view of from his height. When he finally looked up, into my eyes he blushed profusely.
"Sorry about that," he said awkwardly.
"It was completely my fault! I'm so sorry," I said also slightly awkwardly after catching him looking at my cleavage.
"No worries. I could never be angry at a beautiful woman like you. I'm Calum," he said winking, obviously gaining more confidence. I could hear a hint of cockiness in his voice as well.
"Hey, I'm Alice," I said. "Look as much as I would love to stay and talk with you I'm really busy and I really have a very important party that I can't be late for." I said as non-bitchily as possible.
"Of course. I would hate to get in the way," he said. His breath fanned lightly across my face and I took a sharp breath in at his close proximity.
"Yeah. Well I guess I'll see you around then," I stuttered and walked to the car the Dylan was waiting in front of. Before I got in I looked back in Calum's direction and I swear a caught a glimpse of jealousy on his features but when he caught my glance he instantly replaced it with a cock smirk and a wink. I blushed and ducked into the car allowing the driver to close it behind me.
