The summer memory

When I woke up, he wasn’t there. “Calum?” I called out. I heard him yell from the kitchen, “Yes babe?” I put a robe on because it was freezing in the house. I walked in the kitchen to him cooking pancakes, sausage, eggs, and bacon. You could smell the scent of the foods combining into one scent. As I walk in I can hear music, the song was toxic. He was shaking his butt around. “Calum? What are you doing?” Calum shot around and started mumbling. “I-I- ummm- I was just pretending to be Autumn!” I looked at him with a glare of laughter. “Sure, yep, I believe you.” He turned back around and started cooking breakfast. I walked up behind him and started singing the song, “With a taste of your lips I’m on a ride, You're toxic I'm slipping under, With a taste of a poison paradise, I’m addicted to you, Don’t you know that you’re toxic And I love what you do, Don’t you know that you’re toxic.” He leaned over his shoulder and kissed me while he was stirring the scrambled eggs. I walked away and sat down on the couch when I turned the tv on it was the news and it was saying that they found a baby stranded in a burnt down building and it is in the hospital being treated and checked for diseases. I almost cried. “Hey Calum, come look at this!” He came in and saw the baby. “What happened to it?” He asked. I told him that someone abandoned him in a burnt down building. His eyes filled up with tears. “How could anyone leave a precious this like that behind?!” I came up and looked him in the eyes. It was almost like he could read my mind because he looked at me and said. “Babe, I am not ready to have a child yet.” I started begging, I was a good actress so my I made myself cry. “B-but, C-calum, can’t we j-just take her in for a few weeks?” He looked in my eyes with sadness and gave in, “Fine, but we are not keeping her.” “YAY!” I yelled hugging him tightly. Just then Tarah walked in, “I’m hungry where is breakfast? Whoa, what is going on here?” I smiled and told her. “We have decided to take in a baby girl for a while!” She ran over to me and picked me up. “CONGRATULATIONS!!” She asked if she could help watch her sometimes. “Yeah, sure!” I told her. I went to go pick her up from the baby adoption place. Calum decided to stay home. When I got there my eyes filled with tears of joy. “She is so beautiful!” I found the adoption person “Can I help you?” I gave her a big smile. “I am here to take the little girl that we saw on the news.” She said “Her name is Abby, she loves being called Abba.” I looked at Abby with a big smile. “Hi, Abby, I am going to be your new Aunt!” She looked up and smiled really big. It was so adorable. “Looks like she has already grown attached to you.” The lady said. She kept holding her hands up for me to carry her. I picked her up and carried her out to the car. I buckled her in the carseat that I had just bought. I ran back in to grab the adoption papers. I wasn’t going to tell Calum I got her to keep, so I wouldn’t have to give her up. I got in the car and buckled up and drove off. Once I arrived at our house I looked back and said, “Look at our new house Abby!” in a baby voice. She started laughing and i was the cutest little laugh ever. I looked up and saw Tarah standing there. “Can I please hold her?! She is so precious!” She was begging me. I handed Abby over to Tarah and Tarah was talking in a baby voice, I didn’t know what she was saying but I could make out part of it. “I’m going to be your new Aunt, yes I am, yes I am!” That is all I could make out. Even though I couldn’t understand her, the baby could because she was laughing her little heart out. “Are we keeping her???” Tarah asked and I smiled.
“Yes!” I told her. “But, don’t tell Calum, please, not yet.” I told her, she giggled and started tickling Abby. I took Abby back and we started walking towards the house and Tarah ran to open the door for me.”My lady.” She said giggling the whole time. “I can’t wait until Calum finds out.” she said with a snotty attitude. I hate her mood swings. “Why are you being rude now?” I asked her and she glared at me. “Really? You just got into a relationship not even a fucking week ago and here you are with a fuckng baby!” she shouted making Abby cry. “Keep your voice down.” I whispered. Just then Tarah started smiling again. Abby up and started bouncing her up and down. Her mood swings confuse me all the time. At one point she will be screaming and a second later she will be as happy as can be. The next day I woke up to find Tarah holding Abby in her lap and watching bubble guppies. I walked in saying “Hey, that’s my favorite show!” I sat down beside Abby and started tickling her. “Hey babe how long are we keeping her?” I heard Calum say from the doorway. I looked at Tarah to see her listening in and playing with the baby. “Can we go upstairs please?” I asked cause I had a feeling that we were gonna fight. Once we got up to his room I shut the door. “I-i-i” I took a deep breath in and said it “I adopted her without permission from you and i'm sorry if you are mad but i had to do it” I said staring at the ground. After what seemed like forever of silence he answered back. “You adopted her?! How could you do that?! We have only been together barely a week and you have the fucking guts to ADOPT her?” he shouted and I looked up anger filling his eyes. “I adopted her as our nease.” I told him calmly. Then he started yelling again. “I don’t give a damn, you still adopted her! I am not ready to be a fucking uncle!” He started walking towards me and just looked me straight in the eye like he was about to smack the hell out of me. “Ok, I am sorry.” I was still staying calm. Just then Abby started crying. Calum just yelled “SHUTUP!” I looked at him with my eyes filled with hurt. “How could you yell at the baby?” I asked him. He walked over and picked her up and started saying “I am so sorry! shh shh shh shh shh.” I went to go grab her but he pushed me back. I fell back on the coffee table in the living room. The glass cutting my arm. I got up took the baby out of his arms and set her in her bed I already bought her and punched Calum in the face. I didn't give him a chance to say anything to me because I grabbed Tarah and the baby and ran to the car. I put Abby in her car seat and sped off and didn't look behind me. “Taylor you are gonna bleed to death!” Tarah whisper yelled because she didn't want the baby to cry. “Well you know what Tarah I don't care anymore okay….. I can't do this anymore Tarah. I can't be strong all the time.” I said while stopping the car and getting out but before I got out i said “Just go back to the house without me” and then i ran off. I turned around and saw tears in Tarahs eyes and i nodded my head at her and she drove off. I started walking away. Then my phone started to ring. I answered it without looking at the caller ID “Hello?” i said “Taylor I am so sorry.Where are you? Are you okay?Please just say where you are please baby i'm sorry while you were gone i did some thinking and thought it wasnt right of me to do that to you and that i want the baby and i don't care how long we were in a relationship I love you and everything that comes with you” he said. I stayed silent “I am about 5 miles down the road” I said and hung up. I laid down in the grass finally noticing how much the glass in my arm hurt. I looked at at my arm and it was now covered in my blood. I looked around starting to get dizzy and then my vision just went black but before I did pass out I saw Calum jump out of his car with tears running down his face. “I’m so sorry i didn't mean to do this to you.” he whispered and then I blacked out. I woke up in a white room hearing beeping sounds. I felt something heavy on my thigh and looked to see its Calums hand. I started to mess with his hair. He immediately woke up. “SHE IS AWAKE!YOU GUYS SHE IS AWAKE GET IN HERE NOW SHE IS AWAKE!” he said. My throat suddenly felt dry but then i noticed a glass of water sitting beside the bed. I grabbed it and took a few large sips of the water. Letting it run down my throat before saying something. The door burst open and then Tarah, Michael, Ashton, Luke, Autumn, Liam, Zayn, Harry, Louis, Niall, and Tarah was holding Abby they all came rushing into the room. They all had a worried look on there faces. “Whats wrong?” I asked. They came rushing over to my side and each and everyone of them hugged me. Calum was the last one to hug me. “I am so sorry, I am so sorry i wish i wouldn’t have done that to you will you ever forgive me??” he asked hurt, guilt, and hope filled his eyes. I shrugged him off of me and just looked down “Can you guys please leave the room so me and him can talk alone?” I said and looked at them and they nodded their head and walked out of the door. “I am so sorry Taylor can you forgive me?” He asked pleadingly “I don't know right now I think I need some time to think about this and you also need to try anything in your power to win me over if you want me that bad. When I was in the car with Tarah I wanted to hurt myself really badly you have no clue how my past was and what had happened to make me this person Calum I just need some time to think it through and get my thoughts straight but I will love you always and forever.” I said. I looked up at him to see tears threatening to pour out of his eyes. I hugged him again. We both pulled away. “You know they are eavesdropping right” I whispered playfully in his ear so they wouldn't hear. He nodded his head got off of the bed and quietly went towards the door and then they all fell on the floor of my hospital room. I laughed. “You guys were listening weren’t you?” I asked jokingly. They nodded their heads. I shook my head at them. “Tsk Tsk Tarah I know you know better than to eavesdrop and now you ALL have a major consequence to pay”I said evilly. They all had worried looks on their faces.They won’t even see it coming.I smirked and then they ran.
