The 6th Member

~Chapter Three~

Amelia's P.O.V
This is it, Harry had promised me that he would let me tag along for the next mission, but I had to promise to stay out of their way. Lucky for me, he doesn't know how I think, and I rarely listen to him. We got a hit from a possible follower of Enthrall, and now we're on our way there suited up and ready to kick some ass.

"Okay, we go in, eliminate the threat, and get out. Got it?" Harry said, meeting each of our eyes, his lingering on mine before focusing back on the road. So it seems that we're in the middle of nowhere, a perfect hiding spot. Once the van stops, Harry slowly opens the door and we follow after him. He makes it to the front door until he holds up his hand, signaling for us to stop. Harry takes a step back and kicks the door down, running inside with his gun out. We then follow him, stepping over the broken door and scanning the trashed and abandoned house.

"What the hell?" Harry growled, lowering his gun and stepping around the large puddle of water. "there's nothing here!"

Out of the corner of my eye, I saw a figure standing under the arch, making me take off in the direction without making a sound. The boys started calling my name, but I didn't listen, I kept running until I came to a breathless stop in the woods. Cursing myself and about to turn back, but saw the same man standing a few feet away. He was a rather large man, mid 40's, taller than average, definitely not weak, his brown hair cut short, and his dark brown eyes squinted at me. I quickly pull out my gun, aiming it towards him, but he doesn't seem fazed. More like amused.

"I would put the gun down, if I were you, sweetheart." The mans voice boomed, making a shiver run up my spine at the sound of it.

"I don't think so, sweetheart," I retort, keeping my face expressionless as he starts walking towards me. "stop of I'll shoot you!" The man smirks, walking closer and closer until we're only a few feet apart.

"You Liberate assassins, always hiding behind lies and guns" the man spat, shaking his head at me. I cock my head to the side and furrow my brows. "what, you don't know? I used to be apart or Liberate, until I found out what they were hiding."

"What do you mean, hiding?" I ask curiously.

"You'll find out soon enough." He replied, and a second later, a sharp pain pierced my neck
and I was out

Harry's P.O.V
Where the hell is she? Fuck, I knew I shouldn't of let her come. I knew it! She could be dead for all I know, after we ran after her, we lost sight of her, so we had Zayn track her earpiece from his phone. It said she was only a few feet to the right, so I look in the direction and feel my eyes widen. I rush over to her, checking for a pulse and let out a relieved yet angry breath.

"Amelia, wake up!" I shake her harshly, hearing her moan and a second later, her small fist collides with my cheek.

"Harry?" She mumbled, rubbing her neck sleepily until she sees me glaring at her.

"You're going to pay for that punch later, but for right now, we need to get you back to the van." I grab her arm and pull her up, her body goes slack, but I easily catch her and begin walking towards the van with her in my arms.

"What're you doing?" She whispered, leaning her head on my chest, making me clench my jaw.

"Carrying you, what else?" I rolled my eyes, smiling down at her, but stop when I see her skin paling. Once we reached the van, we all pilled in, but instead of me driving, I told Niall to drive. Since the van has two rows of seats, Amelia and I are in the back with her head on my lap, while Liam rides shot gun, with Zayn and Louis in the row before us. "How're you feeling?" I ask Amelia, looking down at her pale face, half closed eyes, and small beads of sweat forming on her forehead.

"Awesome." She whispered, her voice cracking. I angrily sighed, wanting to know who did this. Once I find him, he's going to pay.
