He drove and the whole ride was silent, I didn´t know if I was supposed to tell him about the kiss and everything or if that was going to make me feel worst. When we arrived to my flat I invited him in and he accepted.
Once we were inside the flat I said "Listen if you see something in the press or something happens, just remember this" I tried to hold back my tears.
"You are really special for me and whatever you see or read, just know that I would never be able to lie to you" as I finished my little speech he stared at me confused, he got closer "What are you talking about Emma?"
I didnt want to hurt him but I had to tell him the truth "James and I were at the park just talking but then I started hearing some wierd noises and the he kissed me" I saw how he was looking at the ground with a wouned look, I was going to kill James "But.. I didn´t want to I swear to God that I didn´t want to, as I was telling you, you are the one that I care about, not that jerk, that´s why I called you, because I know that you will always protect me" I said brushing his cheek with my hand, but he was really angry so he got away.
"And how am I supposed to believe you?" He said getting away from me. "
What do you mean?"
"Yes, how do I know that you are not liying to me? huh? I mean you´ve entered to university and managment has paid you, not all but a big part. So maybe you a your little friend planned everything, maybe you were lying the whole time. Are your plans done and complete?"
What he was saying, whatever it was it wasn´t making any sense I started crying more and covered my face.
"Can you stop the teardrops for a moment?" He said with a loud voice
"How can you say that? I´ve never lied to you!! and you know why I´ve trusted you? BECAUSE I LOVE YOU!!!" That´s it I´ve said it, he looked at me with sadness trying to fix everything but it was too late, I ran to my room and locked the door. Two assholes in one day, new record.
"Babe open up! I'm sorry I was a dumb for telling you all that bullshit, please answer me" he said knocking on my door, uuug I was so mad at him, how could he said that?, he was still insiting on my door and I decided to open, he was surprised whe he saw my face and started saying:
"Emma I´m sorr-"
"Get out" I said with a rough tone and pointing to the door.
He looked at me and said "Emma please don´t do this" and he tried to hugged me but I pushed him away.
"Please Niall just go"
"Ok, but just remember that I made a promise, I´m the one who hurted so now I´m the one who has to fix everything" He said punching the wall and then walking away.
I heard how he started his car and then leaving.
I was alone, only on my own.
