Sort of an update

Thank you everyone who have shown concern.
Just bear with me for a few days.
The emotion I glean from, walked in front of me this weekend and really messed me up. It pulled up every sad, hurt and rejected feeling I have ever felt. So, to put it mildly, I've been a mess.
I've started writing - slowly.
It may take a few days, can not tell you when, because I dont know when.
