Louis, Harry and I sat on the couch hungry and worried. Vervain. Great, just great. Zayn walked in.
"Ugh guys am why aren't you hunting?" He asked awkwardly. It's a touchy subject.
Harry explained with Louis butting in occasionally. I sat lost in thought.
"So vervain is like out kyrptonite" Louis explained. I burst into laughter but it soon turned to tears. Hot, angry tears. I didn't know how to get us blood. I didn't know how to get the vervain out of the water system. Suddenly, I felt familiar arms wrap around me, rocking me back and forth. I cuddled into Niall's chest breathing in the familiar scent of Calvin Klein cologne and piri-piri chicken.
"I don't know what to do Niall!" I cried.
"Shh shh shh" He whispered
I don't know how long Niall and I were like that but when we returned to the kitchen I could smell pizza and fries. Harry and Louis's eyes were red. Liam and Ally were feeding each other fries. Zayn was standing by the mirror fixing his hair.
"Guys we have a problem" and Niall explained to Ally and Liam about the vervain.
Ally burst into tears. She flung herself at me promising me it would be ok. Liam pulled her off me and she buried her head into the crook of his neck. He rocked her just like Niall had rocked me. It would have been adorable had the situation been different.
"Any ideas on how to fix this?" Liam asked stroking Ally's hair.
"Buy bottled water?" Zayn suggested
"Drink animal blood?" Ally murmured
"Die?" Louis asked miserably. He looked incredibly hungry.
"Not an option!" Liam snapped.
"Guys I have a solution" Niall said shakily.
"What is it?" Harry asked.
"Tell us!" Louis ordered.
"What is it man?" Liam questioned.
"Spit it out!" Ally demanded.
"What?" Zayn blurted.
"No Niall" I begged. I knew his idea because I read his mind. And I didn't like it.
"It's the only way"' Niall sniffed
"Please don't!" I whispered
"What is it??" Everyone asked in unison.
Niall took a shaky breath before saying:
"Liam, Ally, Zayn and I let Rachael, Harry and Louis feed from us..........."
