Reflections
Summary
Everything about her reminded me of who I was before and who I am now. How stupid and arrogant I had become and how I had sunken into an oblivion far from reality.

"Would you change anything, Louis?" She cried with crystal tears floating down her hollow cheeks. The way her eyes stared so seriously at me. She would leave, I know, if I said something wrong.
The words slipped through my mouth before I could even comprehend them.

"Alex why do you keep running?!" I shout at her retreating back. She always leaves after an arugement instead of trying to mend it. Her big brown eyes glanced over her shoulder, that annoyed gleam still shining in them. My heart pounded as she kept going.
"I love you!" I screamed but I was afraid she had heard it over the wind and before she could say anything more, before she could break me any farther, I headed home- for my car and a packed suitcase. I needed to forget about how weak I was around her.
