A Time to Remember

Miranda pov

It was late Wednesday and Luke and some of his friends were supposed to come over.My parents of course were traveling in Africa for a few months. I got up and searched through my closet.Then I chose an outfit. I trotted downstairs into my living room. I flopped on my couch and my phone began to buzz.

Text from Bae The text read.

L:Hey were almost there.K?
M:Kk,c u soon babe ;)
L:Yeah luvv you! We brought J & J
M:OMG they are both going to make me clean and I am tooo layzzy xD
L: lol hey we're here

Almost on cue car doors slammed and I heard the door open and loud voices.I saw Luke walk through the door way.I jumped up and wrapped my arms around his neck."I want a kiss." He said.I bent down to meet my lips,but I dogged them."If you want one you just have to come and get one!" I laughed and then yelled when he tackled me. He pushed his lips onto mine.
Suddenly someone coughed.We looked up. I burst out laughing because all of our friends stared at us their mouths agape.But there was someone who was out of place.A blond haired,blue eyed mess.

Niall Pov
She was beautiful.Her eyes sparkled with laughter and she looked so happy with him.Luke had said that he had a girlfriend,but I didn't know she was this beautiful.They both looked up at us and burst into a fit of laughter."Hey guys."She said.And then they both stood up. "Hey babe." He said turning to her."Hmm." He pulled her up and they walked toward us."This is Niall he just moved here." She smiled and then said,"Welcome Niall."

An Hour Later

We were all having a laugh in her basement.Oh and I found out that her name was Miranda.ANyways we were all playing XBox down there and I guess Luke got a text. "Hey Merna,I gotta go,I'll call you in about an hour." And with that he left.She looked crushed.Everyone else continued to goof off.I noticed her walking up the stairs and leaving.I followed her and she walked up to her bedroom. I knocked on the door. "Come in."She replied. I walked in and found her laying on her bed. She sat up when she saw me."Hey Niall,what do you need?"I shrugged,"Nothing I just figured that you didn't want to be alone." She smiled a sad smile,not like the one when she was with Luke."Thanks,it sucks when he has to go." I sat down next to her."Does he do that often?" She nodded,"Yeah he's always coming up with excuses not to stay with me,a few days was my birthday and he actually stayed for a long time." I just sat there lost for words. This beautiful girl deserved a person that spent all the time he could with her.


A Few Hours Later

We were both on Instagram when her world came to a halt.
