Taryn's POV
Last night I couldn't sleep knowing that Lauren was upset and missing her parents. All I could dream of was us staying at my house playing with our music stuff then my parents coming in and telling me and Lauren what happened and her crying and all of us going to her house to get her stuff so she can live with us. I was awake when Megan came in. "Taryn time to get up sweetie." "Sure thing Megan." Megan's just like our mom when we are away from them. She makes sure we're all up and ready when we have to be. I got up and put on some black skinnies and a purple haters goin' hate shirt and my grey and purple high tops and my duke university SnapBack and went to the kitchen since that's one of the reasons Megan will wake me up since I'm the only one who can cook good food because Megan can't cook to save her life. I went to the kitchen and got out the stuff to make breakfast. As I was cooking I heard the front door open and someone came into the kitchen. "Hey but um where's Megan I need to talk to her." Said the person who came in. I turn around to see who it was and it was Zayn. "Um she should be waking up the other girls but you can wait here since they will be here for breakfast." "Okay. Wait you cook?" "Yeah I always cook for them." "What you making Taryn?" "Chocolate chip pancakes, scrambled eggs, bacon, and Canadian bacon." "Wow that sounds good can I have some?" "Yeah just let me finish this up and there go the girls I can hear them running down might want to sit in a sit before they come." Zayn sat a the table right as Lauren and Niki ran in to see what I was cooking. "Wow pancakes and bacon thanks T." Niki said. "Guys you need to sit so I can give you your food. Now!" They all sat and I gave everybody there food. "So Zayn why are you here?" Maddie asked. "Um Megan wanted to talk to me this morning so I came over." He replied. "Opps that's right after breakfast Taryn and Zayn I need to see you both in the front room." "Okay Megan but who will clean the dishes?" "I'll do it T don't worry." Lauren said. "Thanks Lau." After we finished me and Zayn meet Megan in the front room. "So tonight's the party and you to we'll be together for the whole party which means dancing together and sitting together got me?" "Yeah Meg don't worry bout me." I said. "Yeah Megan don't worry bout us." Zayn said as he put his arm around me. "Okay well all the girls are going shopping for their dresses today and I suggested to Paul that you boys come with us so you can get stuff to. Now Taryn go tell the girls and Zayn go get the boys." "Yes Megan." We said at the same time. Megan left us in the front and right as I was getting up Zayn said wait. "What Zayn?" "I just wanted to know why does your SnapBack say DUKE university?" "Oh because if I wasn't doing this I would be there for my degree to be a pediatric surgeon." "Oh cool um where did you live back in the states?" "Um Virginia and North Carolina. I was born in Virginia then moved to North Carolina." "Wow. Hey do you want to get lunch together today at some point?" "Yeah that sound fun maybe we can talk then to." "Cool." Wait did I just get asked out on a date by ZAYN MALIK!!!! After that I went and told the girls we were going shopping for dresses for the party tonight they were excited to be going.
Zayn's POV
I went back to mine and the boys flat and told them we were going with the girls to get some stuff. "Man that sounds cool but Katie and I have plans for today before the party tonight." Said Harry. "Yeah me and El have plans to." "Said Lou. "Okay so it's just Liam, Niall, and me with the girls. Right boys?" I asked Liam and Niall. "Yep" they said. "Let's go then."
Taryn's POV
All of us including the guys got into the cars. In the first car was Lauren, Liam, Maddie, and Alex . The second car was Niki, Niall, Zayn, and me. Me and Zayn where siting next to each other again. The whole trip to the mall Zayn was either on his phone or looking at me. When we was looking at me I said "you don't have to do that your making me uncomfortable when you do that ya know." "Sorry." "It's fine it's just that I had some bad times back in the states and I haven't really sorted it out yet and I don't want to talk about it." Why the hell did I just tell him that. Damn I have to keep this big mouth closed. "Yeah me too but when your want to talk about it let me know." "Same to ya." "Wow you are from the states." "What the hell dose that mean?" "Wow watch your mouth and it means the way you say ya it sound like your from the south of the states." "I am and I won't watch my mouth dammit." "Fine have it you way and by the way I like girls who curse." Damn. Wait is he flirting with me. Just then we got to the mall and I took the girls to the dress shop I remember my mom and me walking past when we lived here, and the guys followed us. "Oooo what about that one Taryn it's so you!" Said Alex "I don't know I mean it has the color I like and it looks perfect but I don't know." "Aye go try it on T maybe it looks good on you." Said Niall. Damn he had a good point. "Fine but if it doesn't I'm kicking your ass and yours to Alex." "Okay I can live with that and you can't catch me any ways." "Dumbass remember I was the one who caught the kid who stole you bike on foot." "Fine but that doesn't mean anything." "Sure it does." "Go try it on and stop it you to." Said Lauren. "Kay Lauren." I went and found an employe who worked there and they unlocked the dressing room for me. I went in and put it on and walked out and everybody was there. All the guys mouths dropped. I think Zayn's even hit the floor. "T that looms amazing on you. You should buy it." Said Maddie. "Yeah I agree with her buy it." Said Niki. "Okay but I forgot my money in the car." "I got it for you Taryn think of it as a gift." Zayn said. "Wait you really do that?" "Yeah it looks good know lets get you a pair of shoes to match." We looked at shoes and I found a pair of black wedges with a black ankle strap. "Hey Taryn do you want to get that lunch now?" Zayn asked in a whispered . "Yeah I'm thinking if we tell them were going to look at accessories at another store in the mall they won't think we're going to lunch without them." I whispered back. "Sounds good." He whispered. "Hey guys me and Zayn are going to look at accessories at another store meet at the food court in half and hour sound good?" "Yeah you guys go." Said Lauren. "Thanks guys." After that me and Zayn went and found the food court and got a drink to share and a pretzel to share and sat at one of the tables. "This is fun don't you think Taryn?" "Yeah I mean in a few we need to go get the accessories so they don't think something but its fun watching them be them." "Yeah how long have you all known each other?" "Um I've known Lauren since we were five, Niki since we were twelve, Maddie since I was thirteen, Alex since I was fifteen. How long have you known the boys?" "Three years. But anyways do you have and siblings?" "Yeah my brother and Lauren." "What's your brothers name?" "Dylan." "Why do people call you Taryn?" "Um it's been like that since I was four and in a play and my characters name was Taryn and its stuck with me everybody calls me that even my teachers but anytime I had a sub teacher they thought I was messing with them because my name on the roster was Samantha Jane Makurat they would call the principal down and they would clear it and say that Taryn was what I went by." "Wow that sounds weird." He laughed the weird part. "You have no idea Malik." I was laughing at this point. After that he was trying to balance a piece of the pretzel on his nose and then he ate it after it fell but it fell i his mouth. We stop at and accessories cart and looked. I found a pair of earrings that match the dress. After that we went to the food court and met up with everyone else. After the mall we went home to change and get ready for the party. I was in my room listening to One Way or Another (Teenage Kicks) the one direction version from my iPod. Right as I put on my shoes I heard a knock. "Hold on a sec. Yeah." "Um I wanted to change here since the guys are not home and my key is locked in our flat." Zayn asked. "Yeah that's fine you want me to leave give you privacy?" "Um can you stay please I don't really want to be alone." "Yeah I'll stay." I went over to my bed. "Seriously your listening to this." "Got a problem with your song your did for charity I like it." "No just it annoys me." He went over and changed it to Everybody Talks by Neon Trees. "Now that's better." "Oh so you like Neon Trees?" "Mm hm." "Have you heard there song animal?" "Yeah it's one of my favourites." He took off his shirt and DAMN he was hot and had a little six-pack. Mmm now I see why girls want him. I was looking at him when her took of his pants and his boxers where hanging low on his waist and damn he looked hotter than before. "Now I know how you felt in the car today." "Sorry." "Don't be it's fine." Right as he said that my phone went off. "Dammit." "What is it?" "Nothing just someone I don't want to see well be at the party." "Who?" "I don't want to talk about it." "Kay." His phone went off after he said that. "Dammit what the hell." "Zayn what's up?" I went over to him now he had his pants on. "Just my ex is going to be there to and I don't want to see her." "Who?" "Like you said I don't want to talk about it." "Gotcha." He put on his shirt and fixed his hair up I his signature quiff. "Wait Zayn I have a question." "Shoot." "Do you like me?" "What do you mean?" "I mean like me as a friend or like like me?" "Well I like like you. What about you?" "The same I was just nervous that you would say something like no your just my friend." "You were nervous I was scared to death cause if I asked and you said no I was going to cry." "No way." "Yes." "Wow well then we would go before they think something's wrong." "Yeah but wait." "What." Right as I turn around he kissed me and I felt something when we kissed. "Okay now lets go." "Ha Zayn wait." "What? Why?" "You have some of my lipstick on your lips and we don't want them to know now do we?" "Your right but wait what does this mean were together like boyfriend and girlfriend now." "I guess it's up to you." "Then Taryn will you be my girlfriend?" "Yes Zayn. I will." "Great know wipe that shit off my lips and lets go." I wiped it off and we went and wait in the front room. When we got there nobody else was there so we just cuddle on the sofa till we heard a pair of heels going do the step so I just jumped off Zayn and sat besides him. I was Lauren. "Damn girl you look fine bet the guys will be thinking your sexier than me." I said to her. "Ya think so I mean its not over board is it Zayn?" She asked "um no I like it it works for you." He said. "T?" "Same here." "T can I see you in the kitchen?" "Yeah." I got up and followed her in the kitchen. "What up?" "What's between you and Zayn?" "What are you talking about?" "Look I know Justin's coming to the party and Zayn's ex is coming to because I follow her group on twitter and it said that Little Mix is coming to." "I don't know what you are talking about with me and Zayn." I lied. I hated lying to her but I had to for Zayn's sake. "Fine but if he comes out your room tomorrow morning I want and explanation in the morning." "Fine but it probably be that either one of us is drunk maybe me got it?" "Yeah got it." We went to the front room and I sat by Zayn and she sat in the chair across from us. Everyone else came and we got in the cars the girls in one and the guys in the other. Once we got to the party we were with our guys to be with and as soon as me and Zayn came in two people came up to us. "Oh-no not here not now." "What's wrong?" Zayn asked. I point over to where I saw the guy coming up and then I point to the girl next to him. "Dammit just relaxed." I guess he was saying that to the both of us since he was breathing a little heavier. "Hey Taryn you look nice tonight." The guy said. "Thanks Justin." I said. "You look good Zayn." The girl said. "Yeah you to Perrie." "So who's this Zayn?" "Um this is Taryn she is in Five Diamonds the new group signed to Modest!." He said. "Hi! I'm Perrie and I'm in Little Mix." She said. "Well Zayn told you who I was." "Taryn who's this?" Zayn asked. "Um this is Justin Bieber." "Hi I'm Justin." He said. "Zayn from One Direction." "Yeah I know." "Um Zayn we should get going they are probably looking for us." I said. "Yeah nice to meet you Justin, nice seeing you Perrie." "Bye Zayn." She said. "Bye you two."Justin said. "Bye." I said. "Was that as painful for as it was for me?"I asked as soon as we were away from them. "Yes I sure as hell don't want to do that again." "Same here." We found the others and sat at the table me and Zayn didn't get up at all just to avoided what happen to happen again. As we were siting We Are Never Getting Back Together by Taylor Swift came on a I begged Zayn to come dance. As soon as we got on the dance floor the girls found us and pulled us to where they came from and we all started to dance. After that the party was ending and we left back to the flats. This time Niki, Niall, Lauren, Liam, and Lou rode in one car and the rest of us rode in the other. Once we got back Harry and Lou went to the boys flat to call there girls and Maddie and Alex went to their rooms. The rest of us went to the game room after us girls change. I was getting changed when I heard a knock on my door. "Come in." "Hey Taryn." "Hey Zayn." He came up and hugged me after he shut the door and kissed me with force. "I love I can do that and not worry about you getting mad if I did it." He said. "What do you want?" I laughed at him and he pretended to be hurt. "I wanted to see if I can change into my shirt from earlier." "It's over there." I was I my shorts and my duke tee. "Man you must love duke." "Yeah I do got a problem with it." I said as he came over and we started to make out. "They're waiting for us." He mumble on my lips. "Agh. Lets go before Lauren comes and looks for us." We went to the game room and Liam and Niall were fighting over which video game to play. I just picked out FIFA and put it in. "Problem solved now who want to play?" I said just as Niki ran and took the controller out of my hand and Lauren took the other. After about and hour of playing I got tried and so did Zayn. "Hey Li, do have the key to our flat?" "No sorry mate I didn't think and gave them to Lou. Hey there probably up right now go see." Liam said. "No okay you guys can stay here Zayn I have a pair of my brothers shorts that you can wear. Liam Lauren has a pair to, and Niall take the second pair I have. Okay?" The boys nodded in agreement. "Um where do we sleep tonight T." Niall asked. "Um anywhere I don't care just not in Maddie and Alex's rooms please?" "Yeah sure." "Good now I'm going to bed." "I'll come get the shorts from your room Taryn." Zayn said. We went to my room and he got the shorts on and we crawled in my bed. After we got in my bed we curled up with each other and we fell asleep at the same time that night.
