I was curled up on the couch watching my favorite tv show before I head to work, I heard the door open as Alex walked in locking it behind him. He put down his stuff walking over to me he picked me up into a big hug an sat down with me.

"missed you my beautiful princess"

"missed you to my knight in shining armor"

Giving me a kiss an another an one more I stared laughing an push him away.

"Babe I have to leave town for a week for work"

"oh really"

"yeah I have go to New York for a big meeting"

"When do you leave"

"tomorrow around 4ish"

"oh an your now just telling me"

i got off of him an walked into the kitchen running my fingered in my hair.

"I'm sorry ok I didn't know how to tell you"

"oh it's simple all you had to say was I have to leave for a week for work I would have been fine with it"

i was frustrated I didn't mind him leaving but it seams he been awful distended lately like he hiding something. I turned to him but I couldn't be mad long at him.

I was leaving this morning off on one of my adventures I kissed Amanda bye an got in my car an drove off. I drove for about two hours an parke outside a dinner, I sent a quick text to Amanda telling her I miss her. I got out of the car an walke inside not knowing what was about to come. I glanced around trying to find a empty table. When my eyes fell on her, I couldn't move she was talking to someone at the counter when she looked up spotting me her eyes widened. I can't believe it's her she even more beautiful than before, I smiled as she rounded the counter an headed my way.

"What are you doing here"she asked

"not the hello I was expecting but I out on one of my adventures an was hungry so I stoped here I don't know you lived around here"

"yeah for two years been siting an busting my ass. Waiting for you to come get me but nope you never showed up I didn't hear one word about you till I saw Harry an Megan the other day"

"oh nothing that you have been home 5 months an have a girl friend"

I could tell she was hurt I didn't mean to hurt her, I could her eyes were watering.

A little boy came running up to her, my eyes widen he looked about two, he looked look like me.
