Friend to X-friend Talk
Niall knocked at the door. "Babe, Louis.....Louis wants to speak with you."
"No!" I shouted through the door. "I don't want to see him."
"Piper, please.."
"No! No, Niall."
He struggled with the doorknob. "Please unlock it Piper." he sighed.
"You can't see but I'm shaking my head." I answered.
I heard a few muffled whispers. CLICK. The lock turned and the door swung open. Zayn stood behiend looking guilty. He held a key in his hand, flipping it through his fingers.
I stepped out. Ugh, this is gunna suck. I followed the boys, up the stairs, into Louis and Zayn's bedroom. I sat down on the bed and looked at Louis. I snatched Niall's hand. "Don't go!" I pleaded
"I did'nt plan on it."
I took a glance at Louis. He wore fresh clothes, his hair combed back, but messy. For some reason this relieved me. He did'nt look like some stranger off the street.
"Hey.." Louis began awkwardly
"Hi," I blurted out what first cameto my mind "I'm sorry Louis!"
He smiled weakly "I'm sorry you did that too."
Niall got defensive "She forgot. Everyone makes mistakes!"
Louis furrowed his eyebrows "Yeah.."
"What happened? Where did you go?" The words spilled out of my mouth.
"Well.........let's start from the beginning." Louis sighed and cringed at the memory "I was furious. Mad. Crazed. At first it seemed like you forgot about ME and said yes to Liam anyway. I saw the blood on your chin, and I admit I did'nt care. I did'nt care about your feelings or Liam's. I hopped in the limo and drove away to the nearest bar. I chugged down, 4 maybe 6 beers. Then it hit me. Yelling at you was the worst thing I ever did. To bad I was hopelessly drunk. I crawled to a motel and spent the week. It was uneventful. I did'nt even change my clothes. It was hard coming home. I knew you would'nt want to see me....but I had to make it up to you some way."
I smiled at his effort to be nice about it all. "Make it up to me," I stood up and held out my arms "Give me a hug!"
Louis ran forward and spun me around in his arms. "Yay! Are we friends now?'" He asked
"Yes." I smiled
Niall, Louis , and I walked down the staircase. The 3 other boys stood looking expectantly at us. Niall smiled and nodded.
"YAYY! WERE ALL FRIENDS AGAIN!" Harry jumped up and down like a little girl who got an american girl doll for her birthday.
"No!" I shouted through the door. "I don't want to see him."
"Piper, please.."
