I'm Not Fine
Leslie’s P.O.V.
We went to the west wing of the hospital. I asked the woman at the counter where Calum Was, luckily she just told me, probably because she knew about the boys and saw Ashton behind me. She told me he was in room 1D on the fourth floor. I didn’t even bother to wait for the elevator, and ran up the stairs straight to his room.
“Are you okay?” Ashton said coming up from behind me panting.
“I’m fine.” I breathed out staring at the once livid boy, who was now unconscious in a hospital bed. I didn’t even notice the other two boys on either side, until they came up and hugged me. Michael led me to sit with him on the right side of the bed, while the others sat on the left. I looked at Calum lying on the bed in a hospital gown .There were a few tubes and needles that made me a bit sick. He had a blue cast on his right arm, along with a few cuts and bruises. His face was a bit dirty and his hair was a mess.
The doctor came in but I kind of zoned him out as soon as he said Calum would be okay. I showed no emotion as I kept my gaze on Calum. The three boys went to the cafeteria, they asked me if I wanted to go or if I wanted anything but I simply shook my head. Not trusting my voice. On the inside I wanted to scream and cry but I expressed no emotion.
Ed’s P.O.V.
Justin called me a few hours after the boys dropped me off.
“Hey Ed, Leslie left with Ashton and I’m worried. She isn’t answering her phone and I’d call the other boys but I don’t have their numbers.” he said.
“Calm down I’ll text Ashton.” I said. I quickly texted him and he replied saying Calum was in a car crash and they were at the City Of Hope Hospital.
“She’s fine, Calum was in an accident I gotta go.” I said before getting in my car and rushing to the hospital.
“Hey. You guys okay.”I said once I found them in the cafeteria, where Luke said they’d be. They nodded
“How’s Cal?”I ask
“The doctors put him on meds so he’d be asleep for a while. Leslie’s in the room with him.” Michael said.
“I’m worried, she hasn’t said one word since she got here.” Ashton said.
“What room is he in?” I ask.
“fourth floor room 1D’’Luke chuckled. I nodded and went through the halls and up the elevator.
“Hey Leslie.”I said once I entered the room. She just sat there staring at Calum.
“Are you okay?”I ask.
“No I’m not okay!No matter what I say I'm not fine and I haven't been since Calum and I broke up!The Love of my life was just in a fucking car crash! How the hell am I suppose to feel?This just showed me how much I actually still love him,I could have lost him. And I can't tell him any of this,because management made me fucking ‘date’ Justin for publicity! Even when Calum broke my heart and left,I still wanted to be with him.He was the only one I wanted to run to. I don’t want to do this anymore Ed,I love Calum I always have.”She sobbed.I wrapped my arms around her as she cried.
"L-Leslie" both of our heads turned towards the boy still lying on the hospital bed.
