I just sat there. Staring at the album of My Mum and Me I still can't believe she's gone, I took a deep breath and slowly open the album. I touch each picture that had a story to it, I turn the page and took out my favorite picture. As I look at the picture, tears begin sliding down my cheek . I wipe them away and brought the picture to my lips giving it a small kiss before sliding it back in.

My Dad offered staying over for the night but I said he should go back to his new 'Family' I didn't say it in a rude way I just didn't want his new wife to get mad..I never met her so I'm not gonna judge her if I don't know her.

*Knock, Knock*

I sniffle and close the album after I gave it a small kiss also, I put it on the bed and walked out of my room. I took a deep breath and walked to the door to reveal Mr. Harris the manger of the building

"Hi Mr.Harris, Come in" I say politely but he doesn't budge

"Mrs. Scoot, It's been 2 weeks now and You haven't paid any of your bills or the rent" He says as he hands me the apartment bill

"I paid the Water and Electric bill 5 days ago " I say as I read down the list

"I understand I will move it off the list, but you still have several more bills and the rent. If you don't pay these bills you will be remove out of this building. I know your going through a lot but I need you to pay the bill. You have 2 more weeks left, Goodbye Mrs.Scoot" He says with a smile at the end before he leaves.

"I need a job" I mumble to myself, I use to have a job then I had to stop and help my mom out. I think I remember seeing a 'Help Wanted' sign on Wendy's or Claire's. I sigh and go in the kitchen to make some brunch, cause I woke up at 12. I just made an omelet with some pancakes and some with strawberries.

After I was done, I went to my room and picked out an outfit for the day. I pick out a quick outfit before I go in the shower.

20 Mins Later

"Hi Welcome to Wendy's, How May I help you?" A girl chirped as I walk to the front desk

"Hi, Are you guys hiring?" I ask with a smile

"Yes, The positions are : Waitress/ Waiter and Cashier " She says checking the paper in front of her

"I wanna apply for the Waitress" I say smiling

"Great choice You have the looks for that. Here's your application" She says with a playfully wink

"Thanks" I say as my cheek turn bright red, I walk out with application. I open my car door and sat inside as I read the form

"Pays $80 dollars a week, That's gonna be alright I can ask for a loan" I mumble to myself, I close my door and put the application to the passenger seat
