Running After You

I knew he was watching me as soon as I woke up. I yawned, stretching out a bit before I realized something.

"Niall, I have to go," I said, sitting upright in the backseat.

"Go where, Rosa," he asked concernedly. I rolled my eyes.

"No Niall, I have to go." He realized what I was saying, widening his eyes and blushing a bit. "Can you pull over at the next take out place?" Thankfully we were going through a small town.

"Yeah, as soon as we come across one," he said. I nodded, looking out the window, and jiggling my leg a little, trying to distract myself from bursting.

It had been about ten minutes when we pulled up to a gas station. I thrust open the car door and ran, almost getting hit by a car, and into the building.

"Bathroom," I panted, "where is it?!" The women, who looked very weirded out, pointed down a small hallway, with about two doors.

One was for males, and one for females.

"Sorry," I said to the women behind the register, "I just really had to go."

"It's alright," she said, chuckling a bit. "Can I get you something?" She pointed down to the candy, then to the packs of cigarettes, chips and whatever else is at a normal gas station.

"Um.." I said, taking out what money I had left on me, "a pack of cigarettes, M&Ms, and...some beef jerky, please." She nodded.

"Y'all got your own lighter?" She pointed to the cigarettes, and I nodded. "Comes to about £8.32, honey." I handed her ten pounds, and she gave me my change.

"Thank you," I said, sliding the pack into my pocket so Niall wouldn't see them. the lady waved me off, and I went back to the car.

"You alright, now," Niall said with a laugh.

"Here," I said, throwing him some jerky. "Your welcome." He rolled his eyes, taking a bite.
